I cant say enough good things about Ronafa Window & Door!! They installed 10 windows and 1 French door for me on May 26-27, 2021. They arrived on time both days, they were friendly, they performed a professional installation, and their prices were definitely reasonable. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future, if needed, for additional installations and/or repairs. They have a lifetime customer!!

The windows are beautiful and were installed very neatly. The guys cleaned up and reinstalled window coverings and left the house just as they found it. Very nice job!

We cant express enough how pleased we are with our doors - theyre beautiful! The glass panels let in so much light, yet affords us a lot of privacy - we cant see in to make out anything through the glass! Every day, my husband comes home from work and comments on how beautiful the doors are. He also was very impressed with the meticulous work that your installers performed, and hes a tough customer. And we notice that we dont hear as much noise from outside, like we used to. We tell everyone about the great service, product and fair prices from Ronafa!

We replaced all our windows and a sliding door earlier this year. Roy, who did the estimate, was so nice! The installers were kind and courteous and the caulk around our windows is immaculate. We are VERY pleased with the quality of the work and the cleanup following the project. We found their prices to be extremely reasonable. Im a few months late, but friends asked us recently if we were happy with our windows and I couldnt waste the reminder to review this outstanding, family owned company!!

The installers arrived right on time and were very polite. They worked all morning without a break and were very thorough. They replaced some wood that had dry rot, installed a patio door and took the time to clean everything up, fill nail holes on the trim and wipe the windows. When they finished there was no dirt in the house or on the patio and the door looks beautiful. Thanks so much for a job well done!

Replacing a back door was a project I didnt want to deal with, but Ronafa made the process painless from the first time we met Roy to the installation by Elisiah. We ordered a new front door and storm door and couldn’t be happier. We have an older house in Lancaster City so the doors are oddly sized and had to be custom made. They look great! Ronafa was the best price of all the estimates we were given and were very friendly and easy to work with. We recommended them to family members and they recently ordered doors from them too. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I had four quotes in total (maybe it was a bit overkill, but I like shopping around, what can I say?). I just had a good feeling with the guys at Ronafa, so decided to go with them since pricing was similar. The Soft-Lite windows I got installed are a thousand times better than my old aluminum windows and street noise is also diminished.

We had an excellent experience with Ronalfa! Roy was beyond friendly on a personal level as well as business level. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy. I spoke with 5 different companies and their windows are right up there in comparison to the high end windows without the price tag. I was also impressed because Roy was the only company to bring a sample window with him and they were accommodating to the fact that they would only be speaking with me not both my husband and myself. In our experience in comparing there definitely no comparison to these other companies! We cant wait to work with them again in the near future!

We ordered a storm door from them and was told by the sales person that because we didnt want a door that we had to remove the glass. He then made a stormdoor suggestion that he said, Would be perfect for us. We were told the glass would never have to be removed and that the screen could be moved up or down.To my surprise... not only did the door not work the way we were told but, was installed by the owner and his 12, 13 year old son. I called them a week or so later explaining that the door does not work as we were told it would. Again, the owner and his son came out and move this and that and still the door doesnt work as promised. You cant move the screen, nor can you clean the bottom glass with taking the door apart.This was Last spring. I called again over a month ago and was told the Manufacturer was going to come out and look at the door. Another few weeks went by and I had to call yet again! This time was told the Manufacturer was NOT coming out and instead would be shipping new parts out. This was again, a few weeks ago. I did ask how will the Manufacturer know what to send if they havent yet seen the actual problem? Never responded. I also told the man I was speaking with that I wanted a professional to come out and make this door right. I will not except the owner and his son coming out.Our next step is the BBB unless this door is not replaced or fixed in a timely manner and or we would like our money back or some sort of discount for all of our inconvenience!Not very happy at this point!

Great quality windows and price was pretty good. Roy, the sales person, did not put any pressure to get the sale. We told him what we wanted and he showed us what options we had. I did get several quotes from other companies and neither was better. Plus, with other companies the sales person was pressuring to close the deal as they had a price if you sign on the spot, and another higher price good 30 days. With Ronafa the sale person did not put pressure to sign the contract, plus the price would not change if you want to think it over and not decide the same day. We are very happy with our new windows! Installation went pretty smooth, and now we have brand new windows throughout the whole house.

I had the guys at Ronafa and quote me a new patio door. Mine was leaking air around the seals and was very difficult to open and close. Their quote was close in price to the other two I received and the sales guy wasnt pushy at all. I am happy with the new door and I am a lot less grumpy in the morning when I let my dog out to do his business in the backyard.

I had a great experience from sales to installation. The custom front entry door with side-lites is beautiful and ties in with the rest of my homes aesthetics. When a minor change was needed for the door lock, I called Ronafa and the installer came the next day. We just met with their sales rep again to get replacement windows for another project. I would recommend Mike and his crew of hard working installers to anyone looking for replacement windows or doors.

I would use the words honesty, integrity and fair to describe Roy and his crew of replacement window and door installers. Their bid came in just below the other two I had. Roy did a great job explaining the differences in the window products they sell. Throughout the process I was able to call the office with several questions and scheduling issues I had, and receive a prompt answer. Overall it was a positive experience and I will keep them in mind for any future renovation projects.

These guys are awesome from start to finish! Roy, Who is the salesperson and estimator, is fantastic. No pressure on the sales end and is very informative on the product. We did not shop around for estimates because we were so impressed with Roy. They are local and they stand behind their product 100%. We will always stay local and put our money into the local businesses every time. We have we had our Windows now for one year and we are completely satisfied. The installers were also Stellar! Installation of a sliding door was very competitively priced. Installation went OK mistakes were made, but the company made good on it and fixed us up. To there defense, I was asking them to install a door which I bought from a popular Home Improvement store.

Im so glad i went with company they came out installed sliding glass door they did a first class job i went with these guys not so much because of price but after talking the other company ronafa gave me a better deal and door for a lot less the installers were very friendly and when they were done clean up after seeing there work im going to get them back to install some windows i dont really give my opinion but in this case i did again thank you ronafa for doing a great job.

Several years ago we had windows replaced. They seemed fine, the price was right, salesman friendly. All went well until just shortly before the guarantee expired. Then we found two windows that began to leak. They replaced one, told us they would replace the second but they never returned with the second replacement. By that time the guarantee has expired and we thought they were off the hook. BUT....This is now a month or so after the above review and Ronafa has just been back to replace the windows mentioned above that were leaking. We must give them credit for that; and since they were concerned enough to make it right after all this time we ordered two new windows to be replaced that were never done before. We felt that they had gone above and beyond to be concerned about their work after all this time.WE JUST HAD TWO MORE WINDOWS REPLACED BY RONAFA. AS WE SAID ABOVE, THEY STOOD BY THEIR PREVIOUS WORK AFTER FIVE YEARS AND THE TWO NEW WINDOWS THEY JUST INSTALLED ARE FINE. WE COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE! THE WINDOWS ARE HIGH QUALITY FOR A LOWER PRICE. THIS WAS CONFIRMED BYANOTHER CONTRACTOR. WE NEED NO MORE WINDOWS BUT IF WE DID WE WOULD USE RONAFA INDUSTRIES.

I got a beautiful bay window which was a nice addition to my home. I appreciate the quality of the window and when I had a small problem with one of the sash balances they came out right away to fix it.

The staff are very responsive & professional. They made recommendations that enhanced my original plan. Im delighted with our refinished front door!

Our sons and us own and live in some old farm homes! I started replacing windows, a handful at a time, as our budget allowed, over 10 years ago. The first few windows were from a very well know name brand window company with high pressure salesmen (not Roy!). After much negotiating, several phone calls to the boss, and 3 visits, I finally bought 4 windows. What a mistake. The install crew appeared to be some independent guys in an old truck that flew in and flew out. The windows are still installed crooked, move up and down reluctantly, and are hard to lock. They came back once. Spent a few minutes and we never saw them again on a lifetime warranty.The next year I had a local carpenter install a few. The job was ok, price was fair, but I could tell, windows were not there strong suite.The next year I saw an ad for Ronfa in the Fishwrapper publication. I have had some good experience with other business that advertise in this publication, so I gave Ronfa a call! Roy was prompt in replying, explained options on quality, features, and a fair evaluation of what might work best for us. No jumping up and down on the window placed on the kitchen floor to demonstrate how strong it is, no calls to the boss for a better deal, no pressure, just a good education. That was some years ago! We finished the windows in our house, will have them done in my sons farm house in another two years. Then the next one!! I told Roy we are on the lifetime payroll deduction plan!! A great company to deal with.
