Lacked appropriate communication and professionalism. Needed to follow up several times to finally get an estimate that was promised on two separate occasions but still never received. Cant speak to their work because their initial interactions were enough to make me go elsewhere for the job. If you dont have basic customer service as a business, how can I trust you with the work itself?

This company took 4 months to not even complete the work we contracted for in spring 2019.I took them to COURT and I win a settlement.I dont know how this company is still in business!!!Use this company at YOUR OWN RISK!

Great company. gave me a reasonable price and got my porch up fast. the workers are awesome, very interactive when i asked a million and one questions and they never threw me an attitude! the people in office always got back to my calls and the receptionist was super sweet. will be going back to them for all of my landscape and project needs!

The crew worked extremely hard and finished the job in two days. The were polite and professional and easy to work with. They answered any questions that we had while they were at the house and made adjustments for us along the way. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done and will use them in the future at our home as well.

Very polite and professional crew came to my home on a Friday morning and stayed until completed after 6pm! I wouldnt have minded finishing another day seeing how the town fair is here but they insisted. I highly recommend this company......good people! Thank you!

Total Package Landscape, LLC is a superb landscape company that provided my with my dream landscaping and hardscaping around my home that includes an amazing water feature. I had this scale problem on a bank of euonymus that was very important to save due to hill/erosion issues. I had another major local company treat them last year. Last year, when the scale was actively infesting the bushes, I called them, and they totally brushed me off. The prior companys 4 treatments were a total waste of time and money. I hired Total Package this year, and after the first treatment, there was marked improvement in the health of the euonymus. I am hooked. Total Package will be my go-to resource for my landscaping needs. Im seeing a virtual cure of the infestation after just 2 of the prescribed 4 treatments this year.
