I bought my Brother TN-399 Series color laser printer/copier from Laser Lab almost three years ago, and I am thrilled with its performance! The high-yield cartridges truly are high yield--I have yet to replace the one that came with the machine! Granted, I dont do as much printing as some other businesses, but my previous printer (which I bought elsewhere) needed new cartridges about every 3 months. Also, with my former printer, I haggled with paper jams constantly. I have had ZERO jams with the printer I purchased from Laser Lab!My Laser Lab printer has provided exceptional results and value. And I have the peace of mind of knowing that if ever I do need to have my printer serviced, Laser Labs technicians are just a phone call away.

Amazing customer service and attention to detail.
