This is by far the best experience Ive ever had with computer repair. My laptop was fried. Carlin picked it up at my house and ran diagnostics on it before he left. When he left, he showed me how to track repair progress, and within one business day, he returned my laptop in perfect working order. AND...he installed 6 months worth of his own spyware for free. Very budget friendly too.
