We had a great experience at Twin Pine. We were greeted immediately as we entered the lovely, clean showroom/office. We were introduced to Matt. He is personable, kind and knowledgeable. What happened to the days when your car salesman would sell you a car? He would know everything about that car you had your eye on. I’ve leased and purchased quite a few cars in my time and never was I given a manual to read about a car features. Perhaps commission was taken away but it would have been nice to be sold the vehicle . And of course I did some research, however the experience of having the salesman knowledge of the vehicle and enthusiasm to sell the car was non existent. This was not a good experience.

We had a great experience with Bill Boerstler helping us throughout the process of purchasing our car. He and the staff were helpful with all of the questions we asked. After we had left Bill informed us that we had left a couple of items and he offered to mail them to us since they are an hour and 15 minutes away from us. A great experience all around!! John helped me get my paperwork started and into my 2018 Ford Fusion hybrid. Alex then helped with the financing and I was good to go! Everyone there was very helpful and accommodating. I had to do all the paperwork with my daughter (3) there with me and she was treated great by everyone. 10/10 would go back just to sit in their waiting area for complementary smart popcorn and snickers bars.

The staff in general was very polite, I was able to get my vehicle for the blue book price despite no haggling being needed. All in all Im enjojng my 2018 camero! Go find bill!

A few weeks ago, with the assistance of Bill, I bought my second car at Twin Pine Ford. It’s clear why Twin Pine Ford does such good business, customer service is their top priority. The second time around, I called Bill prior to coming in because I knew I was going to use them to buy a car, and he made the process seamless. Twin Pine WILL have the best price, they do not haggle, and the car will be spotless when you buy it. Their waiting room is even spotless and stocked with drinks and snacks to enjoy while u wait. Also, Bill noticed some watermarks on the chrome prior to my test drive and made sure to have them removed before pick up the next day. The dealership was clean and welcoming, and seating area and amenities while waiting were very nice. Everyone was professional, warm and friendly. The cars at Twin Pines have always been very nice, and the values are fair. Did not like that they offered the exterior and interior protection package at $699 on the floor, and at closing it suddenly was discounted to $599. I also think that the reserved parking area if you wanted “to take the car home today” was a ploy. When I chose not to park there immediately and came inside, I was told they did not have the trade in value of my car yet (1/2 hour to determine it). The salesperson consulted with someone and within 30 seconds they had the trade in value. Thinking if I had immediately parked in the “take home today spot”, the trade in value would have been less. Several games were played which makes me think a bit less of their integrity. Still, am very happy with the car and price I ended up paying.
