Very positive. The crew was on time and made the job neatly and fast. Communication was easy. Everything quite transparent. Great prices for the work done. Was a little expensive on gutters though. But definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for quality for very reasonable price.Really want to please you as a customer. Requested to straighten a pipe a month after the work was done and they did it. Once again - very positive experience and these guys are trying to keep it up!

I had a roof recover and full siding replacement done in December, January 2016. I am pleased with both jobs. The roof was done quickly- even in the rain! All the crews (roof, siding, painting) were exceptionally professional + friendly. My dog missed all the people when they were done. From the other quotes I received the prices were a bit higher, however, Rainier offered a better warranty and could do the work quicker. The sales team called me many times before I signed a contract. The painting was finished a few days ago. So far everything is problem free, looks wonderful.

Excellent company to do business with. Not pushy. From the first meeting they were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They found financing for us at a very good rate. Complete roofing was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

One of my family members recently had a roof and 5 windows installed in her home after her husband died unexpectedly. The quote was complete before the death of her husband and she decided to move forward with the install of the roof and windows. Her neighbors referred this company after having a roof also installed on their home. The roof was installed just days after the contract was signed along with a tube light for the hallway. My family member had written in the contract to have the beams extending from the soffits of her home be wrapped with metal. We were told by Don that when the windows were installed, the installers would complete the work to the beams the roof installers had neglected to do. The roofers did a tear off and install and the roof looks great, but for the price that was paid they left old roofing in the pond and did not close the access door to the inside of the home to get to the tube light.Prior to the windows being installed I received a call from Jerry asking if the windows were delivered to the home. We had to get the neighbor to go check for the windows and then play phone tag to inform Jerry the windows were there. The 5 windows (2 side lights to front door, 2 3x5 OX and one bathroom window) were installed. Family member should of paid approx $1000, but signed the contract for approx $7000. The window installers used at least 2 tubes of white caulk on the two 3x5 windows. The beams are still not wrapped, and after further talk with neighbor we have found that they have not wrapped their beams either after numerous calls.

Rainer View did outstanding work on our total roof replacement! The staff and roofing team were very professional. Our roof was completeted in 2 days and the 1st day they worked well into the night because of possible chance of rain on day 2. Were were contacted often and felt as if we were more than just customers to them. I would strongly recommend them to family and friends. The quality of roofing materials is of the highest quality and looks amazing!

After a one hour plus presentation by their salesman stating many promises on how professional they are, we soon found that what we were sold and what we got were far apart. The one day took 16 days, the youll not find a nail or staple anywhere because of our efficient crew was finding over 50 nails and staples (and that was ONLY from the driveway and walkway). The we are all about safety was one guy working on a 9/12 pitch roof without a safety strap, in the rain . These are just a few of their undelivered promises. And we have pictures to prove all of it. After over a month, we are still trying to get the warranty papers that they said get turned in every week. Nothing but lots of promises, then lots of excuses.

I was outside looking at my roof and noticed I had a few shingles missing. I knew I needed a new just didnt know what kind or what was even being offered since this was my first time ever needing to have my roof replaced. I called Rainer-View Construction & Roofing, not only did they have a professional that actually answered the phone she was able to make sure that any questions were answered and set me up to have an estimate done on what it take to reroof my house. Everybody showed up on time and were very professional. I was not greeted by good idea fairies but by people who knew and understood what I was not only looking to have completed, also at a price I could work with and with in what my budget would allow.When the crew showed up they were on time, and very professional. They took the time to explain to me what was going on and answered all of my questions pertaining to the job. They took great care in watching out for the plants and flowers next to the house and cleaned up after each days work. The workman ship showed great pride in the trades, and down to the smallest details were taken care of.I hope I dont to have my roof replaced again but if I do. I will be calling Rainer-View Construction & Roofing.

I signed a contract with this company on October 6th. I was told 5 to 6 weeks. I am still waiting for my windows and siding to be done. That makes my wait time at 11 weeks. I called three different times and emailed and never got a response. Then the windows got delivered two weeks ago out of the blue. They are still sitting on the side of my house. I finally got a start date of last Monday 12/19 and now they have called to reschedule the last two days. Horrible! I would rather cancel then deal with them any longer.

This company did a bang up job and finished it in one day. We saw all the flashy commercials for this company and figured if they were in the public eye so much, they may actually do a legit job. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE TV OFFER PEOPLE!!! When you pay a lot for a roof, you expect the outcome to be quality and not to have to worry for at least 20 years, the life of your roof. In under 2 years we have had 3 major leaks that have done damage to the inside of my house, drywall and a vent will no longer stay up, because of all the water damage. After the last patch job that they did a few months back the owners of the company promised to come and fix all my dry wall and insulation that was totally ruined due to their hack job of an installation on my roof (admitted by the lead on our roofing job as he puts it thats the kind of thing that was happening around the the time you guys got your roof installed.... Outright admitted they were doing hack jobs around 2 years ago, so Im sure others are currently dealing with what I am going through). Not only that, I had to go up and find the leak because the Lead just doesnt like going into attics as he also put it. Oh Im sorry, thats your job! So after I crawled into my attic, took pictures of the pooling water around the skylight, thats when they agreed to come out and patch their terrible mistake. I say that because they did not install any flashing what so ever around my vents and skylights!!!! Hence, roof leaking every time there is a big rain!Im writing this review now, as I look at my skylight with the bubbling paint, the cracks all around, nail holes popping out, and vent in my ceiling crooked wondering why the owner promised from her own mouth to Make it right and have yet to ever receive a call to make it right! I now have to worry, on a day like today, when the next leak is going to happen! I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company for a roof job! I have had no experience with the construction side of this company, even though they promised to get someone out to fix their mistakes. Hopefully, they will do the right thing and I will be contacted by someone to fix the inside of my house. Im exhausted of dealing with them in general and they have made ZERO effort to Make it right. We recently had a new metal roof installed by Rainier View, it if amazing. The quality is everything advertised and then some. The professionalism of everyone from the salesman to the installers was above reproach. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

The guys were professional and on time. The office staff was friendly and always helped with questions. Being a new home owner, is was a bit nerve wracking to undertake renovations but this was so easy that we are now preparing our ideas for the next round of updates and additions. We will definitely bring our business back here.

Where do I start? Last year, I called Rainier View to come to my home and give me an estimate on replacing my windows and a few other electrical concerns that I had. AL was the estimator that showed up. He was timely, so I have to give them credit on punctuality... He gave me the estimate, but did so while trash talking all of the competition. I thought that was lame and tactless. I work in the service industry, and learned a long time ago that nobody likes to listen to people talk about how awesome they are compared to the rest. The bid was a little high, so we went with someone else for the windows. However, the electrical estimate was fair, so I gave them the job. They backed out of it, stating that they would only do the electrical if they also got the job for the windows... Several months later, they follow up with me to see if I need any other work done to the house. I give them a second chance. Don, the owner, is the one doing the estimate this time. He tried to gauge me for almost $7,500 just to replace my 200 amp electrical box. $5,000 to install track lighting in the kitchen, a light repair in the den, and an outlet in both bathrooms. And $16,000 to gut my small bathroom. Not to mention, we had to deal with Dons arrogance while inside our home! I call Don the next day to tell him that I dont trust his numbers, and he goes off on me! To sum it up, they are way overpriced, bad attitudes (AL & DON), arrogant, and tactless. BUYER BEWARE. I did not call him a name until he began to belittle me via text, which I did not include in my review. #2- I never got outraged with Sears, I just declined to do business with them. Lets stick to the truth here. You all should not be allowed to be in business. Period. End of story. Take care.

We had an old roof on an old house. Leaking sky lights, and the gutters and chimney were shot. Got a solid price on an excellent roof. Installation team made contact and coordinated installation. Two days, chimney gone, new gutters and a new roof with a 50 year warranty. Crew cleaned up everything, and were a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend Rainier View.

Rainier View Construction did an excellent job on our deck and roof. We now have a beautiful aluminum shingled roof (never have to replace our roof again), and a Timbertech deck that requires no maintenance and looks just like Tigerwood. We even reduced our home owners insurance by having an aluminum roof. Jerry, our deck contractor, was brilliant, helpful, and solutions oriented. We would hire them again!

The project planning phase of my kitchen remodel was great. The saleman was very professional, efficient, and friendly. However, from the first day of demo, things took a turn for the worst. From a last minute change in project managers, to racial slurs, to leaving the new cabinets unfinished until I specifically requested that they come back and finish the job, this company is one that I would recommend that you stay away from. Excuse after excuse from both the project manager and the owner left a lot to be desired. Find a different contractor- I would never hire this company again.

Got a good quality roof -- had some communication problems but they were resolved quickly. Overall happy with our roof, since not many people work with flat roofs. Gave us exactly what we wanted, down to the details.

Bought a house with a new roof put on by these guys. The new roof was a contingency for us buying the house. With the new roof we were suppose to have got a 30 year warranty over the last 3 years they have been out 4 times for a leak in the same area. Also i was told that since the seller of the house didnt transfer the warranty they would no longer honor it. I had to plead my case to get them to come back for the same leak. The last time they sent someone out it was the project manager Brian. He was clueless as to what to do about it and said he would get back to me. Guess what? He didnt. Every time they come out they think its the skylights. I am writing this as it is raining and my skylights are tarped over and my roof is leaking. Guess if you want something done right you just need to do it yourself. I will just roof over what they messed up.Bottom line is the 30 year warranty means nothing and its like pulling teeth to get them to fix their crappy work.You have my number, Rainier View, if you ever want to make it right.

Terrible workmanship. They are very expensive and they do a bad roofing job. Shop around before you decide to use them.
