Awful!..Ok...my fault, partially. I worked all day, got off late, rushed down to get basic manicure and eyebrows done before they closed. Im tired and didnt look at my eyebrows until I got home...omg!...1/3rd of my left eyebrow, gone!So, now recap...She used tools that were in her drawer. Didnt think about it until she put them back when she was done with me without sanitizing them...ew.Did not use acetone to clean my nails after she massaged lotion into my hands...i stayed under the dryer for longer than 5 minutes and 1 nail was damaged before getting into my car...1st time using them, as they had a slightly higher rating than Best Nails...but will never go back.I hope they see this post and try to improve.

I’ve been going to this salon since I was little and we’ve always had a great experience! Nice staff, quick service and always had great outcomes! I took my 4 year old to get a manicure and she smudged her thumbnail like 5 times and Jimmy fixed them over and over! I felt bad and told him not to but he insisted they looked perfect before we left!

This all coming from a daily customer, and I have to say that the service isnt entirely bad. The employees are not rude at all, they do speak another language though. I have spoken to the manager, and I can confirm and assure you that they do clean their tools after you leave.They are very gentle, I never have felt sore, or have gotten cut, after getting my nails done either. This is a very nice place to get your nails done, but I will give them 4 stars because the schedule tends to be full because they get a lot of customers.Other than that, I am very satisfied with their service and recommend it :)

Went in just to get my nails painted white took the guy 1 hour and 30 minutes. Didn’t leave a tip and they still got mad.

3 out of 3 experiences confirms the need to find a different nail salon. I got a full set put on 3 days ago for my wedding. That night, I noticed the plastic part they glued to my nail is not attached in the front on any of my nails and get stuff stuck between my nail and the plastic nail that can not come out. I have tried soaking them to remove gunk, digging them out with sewing needles and brushing them out with a toothbrush; nothing has worked. On top, the cement stuff is lifting away from my nail already and only my pinkies have the correct size plastic nail attached; the shape from the fake nail to my nail is really funky. I also asked for hearts to be put on my ring fingers; the hearts were not completely filled in so they look patchy. I left the salon Friday with nail polish on my skin and polish hearts that people thought were triangles.The services received was very rushed and pushy. We were sent to the chairs so fast once we walked in the doors that we didnt get to pick out the colors we wanted. The ladies kept getting up and going to the back room for minutes at a time. The person who started working on your nails was not the person who finished.Went back today to ask if I could at least get a partial refund, the best they would do is rip them all off and give me a new set, which would have been fine if I wanted to keep fake nails on, but I only got them for my wedding. I would rather take them off and get my money back then have the same person attach new ones and probably have the same problems again.Each time I have been here, I have gone with other people; none of us will ever be returning to this salon.

As a retired nail tech, I love the convenience of the location of the salon. Everyone is very nice. Here is my problem, they reuse the files and untinsils. They rush , therefore sometimes the services are inconsistent. I just take my own files and tell them if I dont like how something is done.

Only place Id ever get my nails done at. Jimmy and Lee are very accommodating as is the rest of the staff.

Called to see if they could take my daughter, niece and I all at once. They Said they could and theyd be ready in 10 minutes. I get in there, they take my niece, they take my daughter then they take a different customer. I was ignored until they were done with my daughter, whats the point now? My daughter and niece were done. They werent even well done, they both wanted snowflakes and they only got one snowflake on one nail a piece and you cant even tell. No apology... no tip. Never will return.

Always willing to accomodate an appointment when convenient for the patron. Clean and I like the way they do my gel nails.

I came in and got the full set acrylics with gel polish and holographic buff on chrome.... ok so I knew it was going to be expensive, but $75 and my nails were lopsided (when they were supposed to be coffin shaped). The lady didnt buff the chrome part on all of the nail and missed many areas... I just moved to enumclaw and this a very disappointing nail salon

I like to come here because the staff are nice, attentive to detail, and do a good job on my nails every time.

I went in about a week ago with my sister and her friends, as a bridal party, the service itself was not terrible, nice people but pushy, the reason why Im leaving auch a low review is the quality of work and product that was used was so poor I just cant let it go. The color was not the same as on the sample nail, which I stated, but it was cute enough to stay with.. now the quality of work was poor, I chose a gel manicure, there were bubbles, that the nail tech kind of tried to clip out.. but the marks and other bubbles were left. Im literally 7 days in to this Gel manicure and almost all of it is off. I have one full nail left, all others have been coming up from the edges, to the point they fall off.Now back to the color, it started off as a nice coral and has gradually become orange, and red at the tips and edges.. (I dont tan and was only out in the sun for one day).. now I paid in total about $50 for everything I got but thats a $50 that I regret and wont get back. Dont waste your time and money here, find somewhere else.

Staff was very short in temperment, one of the most unwelcome feelings Ive ever received at a nail salon. Also got my natural nails done, and as the gel polish has started to come off, beneath, my nails are very damaged and brittle. Im not sure what was done but I wont be returning.

Lee does an amazing job on lashes, I refer all my friends to her and every lash set Ive seen are perfect!

Horrible. Went to the salon wanting a full set, ended up leaving with sore and cut fingers, I didnt get to choose the patterns I wanted, I clearly said multiple times I want a bow, and he said Okay, and proceed to paint circles, and even charged me extra (if you dont know how, just say no!!), also there was polish stuck on my skin for a good 5 days with heavy washing , and ended up being $45 out, not including the undeserved tip I gave them. They asked me about 5 times if I wanted my eyebrows waxed, and responded with a rude remark each time. Absolutely horrible work and very rude people!! If you want messy nails, bleeding cuticles, and bad customer service, this is the place to go!! 👎👎👎

I walked in yesterday to request an appointment & was greeted with smiling, courteous enthusiasm. I was assured that my pedi would be thorough. I arrived today & again was greeted with attentive cordiality. The mani pedi was excellent & at all times I was asked for my opinion & input re style, length & product. Further, I read the notification that they also do lashes; they had availability to fit me in. My lashes got done too & everything looks & feels great.The place is not fancy & furnishing’s are a bit dated, but everything appears very clean as do the technicians. They were friendly, accommodating & thorough. I had them apply acrylic polish to both hands & feet in ‘french’ style & it was meticulously done; Tammy did my nails & she’s a knowledgeable pro. If you make yourself clear & understood (English is not their first language) about what you want, they will oblige. It seemed that most -if not all- of the women in the salon were regular & repeat customers, so I’ve concluded that the ney sayer reviews on here were either from older situations or grossly exaggerated misunderstandings.Give this place a try, I’m glad I did‼️

I went in yesterday to get my nails done witj my mom and im not impressed at all. To start off the technicians kept asking if i wanted shellac on mt acrylic nails and i told them 5 times that i didnt. Then the two technicians destroyed the skin around my nails, they filled my skin down to the point i was bleeding. And i would pull away my hand and the technicians never even asked if i was ok. And now my nails are throbbing (i did research and my nails should not hurt this bad) i wanted almond shaped nails and the shape they did was ok at best and i wanted a red to black ombre on my nails which the technicians couldnt do. And to top it all ofd they over charged my mom. Not to mention they somehow managed to get the color wrong on my moms nails.

Went for a fill, and it looks like I still have a weeks worth of grow out. Very uneven acrylic, bumps and low spots in my nails. She talked on her phone most of the time too.

Love my nails every time

Felt very rushed. Got a mani pedi and was done in about 40 minutes. My shellac polish is peeling off 4 days after getting it done and I have not done anything rough on them. I had a similar experience 2 years ago and gave it a 2nd chance. Will not go back again.

Dont know about eveyone else problrm. Maybe u should ur oun nails! I had a good time people were not rude didnt have to wait long with no app.and got better nails than best nails did. What impressed me most? She asked me my name and remembered thank u tina!!!😀

I went in on a Tuesday for gel polish change. By Friday [3 days later] my polish was so far from my cuticle it looked like a 2 week growth.I called Jimmy and asked if I could come back to get it fixed. He said for 15 dollars nails grow out. I told him not in 3 days. He said again 15 dollars Needless to say I will try another salon.

Excellent Eyelash Extensions and Nails

All the people were very rude. I got a full set and it was the worst one I have ever gotten. My nails had cracks in them and they were not even straight. They are already coming off and its only been 4 days. Also they charged me extra for things I thought were included, like a clear coat for acrylics?

In and out in less than 25 minutes. Felt a little rushed, didnt clean up polish around nails, but toes look better than before. Staff was friendly though.
