Always so rude and never helpful. Pretty sure the only reason there are any 5 start ratings, was people backing them when they were fined by the state for not wearing masks. Every single time I go in there, they are extremely condescending. I’ll go out of my way to go anywhere else but this place.

Ive been getting my packages delivered here for over 2 years and its been a great experience. Their customer service is amazing -- very efficient and friendly. Not a friendlier place in town! The kind women who work at Mail Express always greet me when myself or my husband come in. Most times they already have my packages waiting bc they know my vehicle! They are also dog friendly and love to say hi to my two German Shepherds. Whether I’m picking up mail or need to mail something, this is where I go. I support them and their freedom to run their business as they see fit. Thank you ladies, for everything that you do and for always being so kind

They never wore masks expose numerous people to covid. When they got caught by the state they started a GoFundMe page. Wouldnt even accept responsibility once the state caught them

I am APPALLED by the lack of customer service offered here. I came in desperate to print and scan some documents for my beloved brothers funeral, and walked out without ANY assistance from the rude and snooty women running the place. I came in clearly a little disheveled, and explained that my printer and scanner broke and I was planning my brothers funeral and needed to print and scan some items. One woman rudely pointed to the computer and muttered something about ten cents a copy, but didn’t seem at all interested when I asked for her to turn the machine ON so I could get to work.I was completely IGNORED while they spoke to other customers, so I just walked out the door.Maybe you have to know them, or not look like you are knocked down from grief to get any assistance, but I’ll never know, because I’ll never go back to find out.I received kinder service at Kinkos in Bonney Lake.How disappointing.
