Hired them for a move out clean. They cleaned for 3 hours charged us $300 didnt hit any of the normal move out cleaning spots (windows, window sills, sliding door, walls, fireplace, Etc.) We talked to Kelli, she even came in for an hour and cleaned, yet it looked exactly the same.We did our walk through with the manager of our building after the clean, they were shocked when we told them we had hired someone and they charged that much without actually doing anything. They had to hire another cleaning company to redo the entire place. Save your money there are better companies out there. Will not use them again.

I hired Plateau maids a week and a half ago to start doing a daily clean and disinfect M-F in my in home and preschool space. They are my third cleaning company I’ve tried and I’ve never been so impressed. The attention to detail is there, they’re prompt, they have excellent communication, the price is not inexpensive but I’m willing to pay for quality. They were more than flexible with the times I need and moved our time slot around when needed as our home was in the process of being listed and shown.Kelli is very easy to work with and organized, Marco is our cleaner and he’s always here and working hard when he is supposed to be. It’s been such a huge weight off my shoulders and I’m so appreciative!

There arent enough stars to properly rate Plateau Maids & Concierge! I am so thrilled to have found Kelli and her team. Kelli has gone above and beyond to accommodate many of my requests, including taking extra special care with delicate surfaces and areas within my home. I have white tile with white grout in my master shower and over time the grout had stained. Kelli did NOT stop until she exhausted every option and researched many hours into providing me a solution. I was very impressed with Kellis on-boarding process as her team grows. She has each team member shadow her personally and explained the full details of my clean. Its the diligence and above-and-beyond mentality that makes Plateau Maids & Concierge truly a special treat for the Plateau area! If you are looking for a dedicated team and a custom to your needs experience, I highly recommend having Kelli and her team in your home!Ps. They are always so patient and loving with my dog!

These ladies are awesome! They really deep cleaned in spots that I would have never thought to dust or clean. They’re very reliable and they are very animal friendly. I love their service.

Having them run errands is so helpful :) A must to check out for house cleaning and pet walking as well. Super nice hardworking people!
