Worst lab ever! I would rate them a zero, but thats not an option. Calling the number on the website sends you back a locate me function on the website. After completing that you are sent to the same phone number you called earlier. But the options on the phone tree do not put you in touch with anyone, it just sends you back to the website again. A dead letter box. I cant imagine who designed this business strategy. Moving on......
