I had some jewelry repaired here. I went to pick them up . One wasnt fixed properly they did send it back for repair. Its been over a month and no one has called me yet. Im just still patiently waiting for their call.

Called ahead and described what I was looking for; and they had a lineup ready to show me when I walked in. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Made a good memory with y’all and my future wifey loves her gift.

Fiancé came in for my engagement ring after we both looked. He told them his price range and still pulled rings that were way over. They were so rude about when he told them his price range again since they showed me two rings that were way over after he told them. Poor customer service, horrible attitudes, no manners. Will never step foot back in this store.

Ask about the Dana Augustine remount and diamond show, their jewelry is top quality with prices to sell. All work is finished in the day and you can bring you own stones.I love these people, they care and will do all to help you with anything they have available.
