First time using Aspen Dental in Enterprise. I took my special needs son due to a broken tooth. These people were off the charts. Very considerate and kind to him. Explained everything, and answered all my questions. Very pleased with what they did. A big shout out to Dr Trice, Caitlin, Donna and the hygienist who did a deep cleaning on my son. They seemed to act as if they had all the time in the world for us. I would highly recommend them for your dental needs!

Aspen Dental Clinic is a very spacious and clean place to The staff is very professional and polite.Dr. Trice is a very professional dentist. She put the patient comfort first. During each visit she always explain and educate the patient.I leave the office feeling completely satisfied and pleased with the service I received. I would leave a less than 1 star rating if there was a star for it.I just left another dentist & found out I need multiple crowns/ root canals now for the teeth they Aspen Dental Enterprise Al. put fillings in 2yrs.ago Decay is under those fillings. 1 tooth is so bad now it has to be pulled unless I have thousands of $ to fix.I guess that is theyre ploy to have those teeth fail so I would come back for them to do more expensive work I have good credit so they saw me coming. I regret EVER pulling in theiir parking lot.They saw me coming.Seek dental work elsewhere if you are smart ! Do your research on chain dentistry.It is a very common practice. I wouldnt let them work on a stray dogs teeth.

This is the worst Dental Clinic I have ever been to. The Dr. And personel are the rudest I have ever dealt with. They relined my dentures which looked like they were madsuinge for a horse and certainly not my mouth. They will not stay in my mouth from the get go. Then only give you a partial refund not even enough to go have a other set of teeth made I will be sueing Aspen dental and the doctor for bad work on mouth and lost over 50 lbs because I could not eat health has gotten bad you will pay for this I promise

A great and efficient staff. The tech is top notch and highly effective, limiting disconfort. They will work with you to select the best options for you. I hate going to the dentist, but they made me feel comfortable from beginning to end, even when they had an instrument shoved all the way into my mouth.

TL;DR: Aspen Dental has a good environment, pay autonomy, and state of the art technology. The wait times can get a little long as the day goes on.Aspen Dental had a clean environment and polite staff. The office is very busy as the day moves forward. Its very important for people to show up early because it took me half an hour beyond my appointment to be seated and x-rayed, let alone see the dentist. Not a testimony to their time management, mostly to how many patients they get.Beyond this, they have state of the art technology I have never seen before! This made it easy for the dentist to see all my teeth without spending a significant or uncomfortable amount of time in my mouth. I have major, anticipated procedures coming up, which the dentist diagnosed skillfully and easily.Lastly, THE TELL YOU PRICE UP FRONT BEFORE SCHEDULING PROCEDURES! This is great because it gives people the autonomy to choose what to go through with before they are charged and forced into debt. I need my procedures done, but if I needed to wait to earn the money before I scheduled my appointment, I had that option. I felt a little less helpless when it came to my medical/dental treatment.

I was very upset after scheduling an appointment for an emergency for a broken filling. I arrived 15 minutes early and after 2 more hours, I was told to come back in 20 days. Oh, but that’s after I put a 60% deposit down. I have never in my life been so disappointed with a dental facility. Although, the other staff and Dentists were professional and were very nice. Signed a very displeased customer and medical professional.

I went to Aspen Dental in Enterprise, Al because I needed 22 extractions and wanted basic dentures with a warranty. So I went there because I could get in quick I had my free exam consultation which was the finance lady not a dentist btw. So I paid $4000.00 in cash that day. I made an arrangement for the 660$ remaining balance. Came back a week later got my teeth pulled And it was the worst experience of my life and IV had 4 children naturally. I was so nervous I was shaking and crying uncontrollably and she didnt even try the gas much lass try to talk to me and calm me down but by the grace of God I made it and it hurts but then they shove these temp. Dentures in your mouth with all the pain from needles and swelling from extractions and you have to wear them for 48hrs. 2-3 webacklater I go back for an adjustment and soft line and was turned away because my account wasnt paid on since IV not even been a month like 3 week since I paid $4000.00 in cash mind you. So I go home and wait3-4 more weeks until I can come up with the money and I pay My account completely and have to wait another 2weeks cuz the dentist is on vacation. So I finally!!! Make it to the dentist excited thinking Im finally going to be able to eat and not look like a 200year old woman at 35! I get there get called back and they are trying to figure out why I never came for my adjustments and then is when they decided to calm me down. They said the receptionist was no longer there. She had dark long hair and lots of tattoos so she stood out, and when she brought my adjusted denture my bite was off so we did the soft.line which tasted like my tastebuds got their nails done! Had to do that 2 times before she realized my jaw had shifted to the right and now nothing fits. I look like Im part horse and an inch and a half gap between top and bottom. All that and I still dont have teeth. I called to get a refund and thats going to take a month to get paper work and check issued so Im still out! If there is a lawyer who could help me get my money back and possibly a mal practice suit I would greatly appreciate it. Please never go to Aspen dental dont send your worst enemy there! Worst ever!

Returning patient and I had 1:45pm appointment and watched people come in with later appointments and were sent first. Waited over an hour I will not be back. Dont waste your time with this place. Find a dentist who is not part of a god awful chain. Support your local dentist that is what I am going to do.

Called to get an appointment for a tooth emergency, my back jaw tooth is broken, was told by lady on phone that they couldnt see me until June. I think this like a scheduling call center you call in to. I said mam my back tooth is broken, and you cant see me until June, she said well we take walk ins on Monday but I cant guarantee they will see you. I said again I have an emergency and I cant be seen until June, I also work, I cant just hope and pray I can be seen as a walk in. She said well mam, try another dental office. I had heard great things about the Enterprise office, so I wanted to try them but dont offer emergency services and same day appts, to only be told by your scheduling, we cant see you until June. Im sorry this issue, cant wait until June. This again is not a reflection on the staff at the office, just on whoever handles scheduling, when you have an emergency, you dont expect to be told to wait or go somewhere else.

Good experience with enterprise office. Explains to me why my top denture wouldnt stay in. My top gum and pallet are flat. Hard to get denture to suction to roof of mouth. Been lined said I need. In plants. Even gave me a brochure to a place that could put those in cheaper than most. Going back to get bottom teeth pulled and denture put in .will recommend enterprise office to family and friends

A few years ago I went to the Enterprise office and said I would NEVER go back! I had an issue come up and EVERYONE else was filled up.......so I called the office. They were able to get me in the next day and I am so happy they did! Dr Trice was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was so stressed and nervous but before I knew it......the procedure was done! The team went above and beyond and my faith has been restored! Thank you Dr. Trice!

Made appt verified they took our insurance, called me day before to get the insurance info again, said it was good. Go to appt take my son back and no cleaning done tell me I owe 108 to clean teeth because they don’t take my insurance. Waste of 2 hours just for X-ray and exam because that is free. Got me in the door to make money or incompetent staff who doesn’t know what insurance they take.

Im picky when it comes to dentists because Ive had bad experiences like previously I went to AspenKilleenTX where they messed up. Today I had a tooth pulled. Dr. Trice did a fantastic job. I have always been hurt at previous places so I was extremely nervous. She made sure that she had me really numb and pulled it right out never once did I hear any cracking or anything and the staff are really nice

Great prices and decent service. I wish I would have known beforehand I had to call before I could walk in. *Due to covid* I had my husband drop me off, so I was waiting outside in the heat. The way they handle their phone calls is quite frustrating. I had my wisdom teeth taken out, and I was told my medicine was called in. So when I went to pick it up, and they knew nothing about it...I was pretty upset. It was after hours, and I was already in pain. So I had my husband call the emergency number to straighten things out. I had to wait almost 2 hours to get any pain relief. Hopefully it was just a fluke, because all the ladies working there are very nice and treated me well.

Very nice staff and kept me out of pain. Before they would do my procedure, I had to meet with someone about financing my care for something in the future. I was not informed that they were checking my credit, nor did I give them permission to. I feel like this could have waited until after my procedure since I was in pain.

The enterprise location was a great experience. I am afraid of the dentist. I have not been in some time. The staff from the time I walked in the door to the time I left were very supportive. The dentist Dr. Trice was very gentle with me and kept asking if I was alright. I needed a deep clean. I was not expecting a cleaning today just x rays and maybe a follow up appointment. But they decided to go ahead and give me back my smile. Great place I will be returning for my future dental needs. Also, my husband will be setting up appointments with them. I wish they did children. I would take my kids there.

My first appointment 6 months ago was great, no issues. Went back for a cleaning and waited an hour to be seen but never got called back. The whole time the receptionist kept telling me I was next so I waited. People would come into the office, check in, and within 10 minutes would get called back. I never got called back. I asked the receptionist a couple of times how long I would have to wait only to be told I was next. I ended up cancelling my appointment and left. Never received an apology for the wait. Also, the receptionist knows I’m pregnant.... shouldn’t make a pregnant woman wait an hour without any reason!

I was completely thrown off with how incredible their customer service is. Seriously from making the appointment to the actual check up everyone was so kind! I mean just genuine kindness. Making the appointment was incredibly easy. The young lady helping me was so sweet and very personable. Once I came to the appointment everyone was so accommodating. I had to bring my daughter in with me (toddler) and they talked with her and made her feel very comfortable, all while taking care of me. Once seated they played Mickey Mouse for her and let her sit right with me. Not once did they ever make us feel like we had inconvenience them. While they looked at my teeth they also took little moments to talk with her. Everything went so smoothly, I couldn’t even believe it. They were gentle with my teeth and made me feel very comfortable as well. This is an incredible Dentist Office. I’ve been to many dentists as we are military and I am just so amazed at how great they are with their patients. I 100% recommend this place and I’m so glad I picked Aspen Dental!

Was very upset with how they do things I was in for a routine cleaning and wouldn’t give me the cleaning I asked for wanted me to purchase a cleaning I couldn’t afford. If they weren’t in my network I would have never gone there. I feel they need to let ppl know upfront there process so patients are aware before hand and no how to prepare themselves. I was not aware of their process and was upset that I was denied the service I had set up for a basic cleaning and they decided that I need a different cleaning that would cost me 400 $ that I do not have. So I wasted a work day and time for them to do nothing🤬

Yesterday I had a checkup and from start to finish everyone was kind, personable and knowledgeable. Ill be starting Invisalign with this clinic soon. The monthly payments are more affordable than I expected ~$200/month. $4k altogether.

Let me start off by saying this: Do your research before coming here. This is a SALES CENTER owned by an investment company, not a preventative care center. On my first visit they did a full mouth x-ray and a thorough dental exam. Guess what? Periodontal Disease.. Went to my regular dentist the next day to get a second opinion and found out that wasnt any further from the truth. My gums were irritated because I had just finishing up an invisible aligner plan but they were HEALTHY. So back to my Aspen visit, after it was explained to me that i would need a special toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, and approximately 4 visits the service would be around $1200. After noticing my sticker shock the office manager to me said: oh honey i know its expensive, thats why we offer in house financing. This should be a red flag to ANYONE. This place is designed to prey on the poor and uneducated. BEWARE

I went into the new Enterprise, Al office today. I have always been terrified of the dentist, but from the time I walked in the door, they made me feel SO comfortable. The lady at the front desk, with the purple hair, was SO NICE. Tina was my dental assistant, she is THE BEST. I also saw a dental hygienist that was very nice! They let me know what they were about to do, and informed me in detail about things going on in my mouth. The actual dentist is so amazing. She was very informative and helped me have a better understanding of things. At the end of my visit, I received a detailed list of costs for dental procedures from Sierra. She was very informative of my options, and did not force anything. VERY professional, great office. I will be back, FOR SURE. Hands down the best dentists Ive ever been too. I cannot say enough good things about the staff.

From the phone call to ask if they accepted walk ins to the see you next time everyone was friendly and professional. I live in Midland City AL. and there is an Aspen Dental here but the drive to Enterprise was well worth it. I want to say a special thank you to Dr. Trice who examined me, explained why certain things were happening with my teeth and gums and pulled my tooth, Dr. Daniel who numbed me up, Mrs. Connie who cleaned my entire mouth in one sitting, Ms. Anna who took all my x-rays, Mrs. Stacey who helped in keeping me calm while my tooth was being pulled and then cleaned out the hole and Mrs. Sierra who took the time to break down my procedures and payments. As a “new patient” my wife and I arrived at 1045 as told for an eleven and twelve o clock appointment. We didn’t get to the back until twelve and twelve thirty. After 18 xrays, we were both told that we had periodontal disease and needed a deep rinse. The hygienist informed us we both had cavities , when we went to check out, which may be possible but no signs of any problems. The temp doctor didn’t say anything of worth and didn’t even talk to my wife during her visit. When we went to check out, I reviewed the bill which included a 135 dollar toothbrush that neither one of us asked for. They just assumed we would blindly pay for it. I have seen a dentist locally for four straight years and NEVER had received such a diagnosis. The only reason I will return is to get my refund.

My first experience with Aspen Dental as a new patient was not a good one.when I checked in I was told that I didnt confirm my appointment when they called me. I never got a call from them. The clerk printed out the forms thatI filled out on line, I finished filling them out and signing them and gave them back with my insurance card. After getting the x rays were done I had to waitabout 20 minutes for some one to come see what kind of care I need to have done. I only needed to have a tooth repair in my denture and be scheduled for a cleaning, I was told that the denture repair would only take 30 to 45 minutes. My appointment was at 8:00 am, by now it was 9:30 am and then another clerk came and got me and gave me a price for what it will cost me for a cleaning and denture repair based on what my insurance would cover. which they had it wrong, they entered the wrong information. By the time we got that cleared up they told me I had to pay 60% of cost my insurance would not cover up front, before receiving the care. And still did not repair my denture util 4PM. I was not Happy.

Total rip-off. They charged $400 for a periodontal cleaning which was no different than a regular cleaning and only took about 40 minutes total. Husband got charged $80 extra for a special deep cleaning which was again just a normal cleaning. A friend of mine was charged for a gingival rinse where they are supposed to push a needle down below the gums and inject an antimicrobial liquid - here at this Aspen Dental they just squirted the liquid onto the gums which took about 30 seconds for the upper and lower. What a joke. They also try to sell you a $130 electric toothbrush and overly expensive rinses and toothpastes. Will never go back.

Very nice people but dr didnt tend to what I went there for. She talked about dentures and gum cleaning when I have a big gum ball thats swollen an is very painful. They called me n early because I was in pain and when I left I was still in pain with no meds........ Update 04/23/2021 I called today to ask if I could get a print out . She said Monday I ask if she could email it she said yes I called 2hrs she said u will have the email by Monday.It only take a second to print out a paper and a second to email. Im still dealing with the same pain in the same spot.

I find the entire staff of Aspen Dental of Enterprise Alabama to very polite and very helpful, they answer all my questions with easy to understanding answers and are very gentle when working on their clients. They are very understanding when a person is has no tolerance for pain and make it as painless as possible for the client. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone needing any dental work.

First sign this was a bad idea wat the fact that they charge 219.00 every 15 minutes for anesthesia while most oral surgeons charge a flat fee of $350-$450 for the amount of teeth being extracted at this visit. They did not provide my son with any antibiotics during his first visit but he clearly had issues with his teeth because they scheduled to have them pulled and they were causing major pain. I had to call another dentist that has never seen him who I was going to take him to instead because I didn’t feel good about Aspen and they called him in an antibiotic and had never seen him before. The appointment they had was too far out so unfortunately we had to stick with the high priced Aspen because he had been waiting for a month and missing work to get this done. The day of the appointment comes and the appointment is scheduled for 1:00 o’clock. We have appointment card and the online appointment confirmation I printed out. They start blowing my phone up at 10:03 telling me that he was supposed to be there at 10:00 am that his appointment was rescheduled and they confirmed it the day before. While, I didn’t speak with them because they sent out a text message saying to call in to confirm. I called in and told them I got a text to call to confirm and I was told that the she wasn’t sure if that’s why they “called”(which they didn’t) but started giving me the instructions for his appointment and what not to do prior to coming and what to wear. Never did she tell me my appointment had changed. Now, back to the anesthesia. Remember they charged him 219.00 for every 15 minutes. They ended up charging 219.00 four times, so for one whole hour. He literally was called back from lobby to back at 11:11 and the lady returned to me to let me know he was done at 11:53. So he was gone a total of 42 minutes. He obviously didn’t use an hours worth of anesthesia and I am willing to bet he didn’t use even 30 minutes but I am definitely having to pay like he did. Bottom line is do your research and don’t wait til last minute when your desperate for extractions, otherwise you will end up overpaying like we did. I forgot to mention they also called meds into the right pharmacy but the wrong location. On a positive note the staff was very friendly and patient.

My wife had a cleaning at the Enterprise location. The hygienist seemed as thou she was just trying to get it over with a quickly as possible . At one point she left to work on another patient then came back. During the cleaning they were careless with the rinse, my wife ended up with water running down her back and over spray on her face. If our insurance hadnt changed we would have gone to Dr Hall much better service there.

My experience here was wonderful. I wasnt really sure what to expect but the staff was excellent. Maria was my hygienist and I highly recommend if you can get an appointment with her, do it! Theyve convinced me and won me over regarding chains for dental procedures

I was treated as a inconvenience from the time I walked in the door , when I made the appointment I was told since as a new patient I would have no charge for the consultation and X-rays , but to my surprise I was informed I was going to be charged 92.00 just to have 2 X-rays and be see, I was in a great deal of pain when I went , the whole staff lacked basic customer service skills including the dentist as well . I spent an entire 25 mins in that office , they did absolutely nothing except give a prescription, I understood but was offered no plan except I was recommended to get DENTURES , by the way is ridiculous when my teeth can be fixed . I was rushed the entire time , the staff acted as they were to good to see me and understand my concerns and problems . They had no interest in helping me once so ever . I was charged 92.00 for 25 mins to be COMPLETELY DISREGARDED , DISMISSED AND DISRESPECTED!I would leave less than a star if possible. Beware and do not spend your money here !

Please do not take your family here. This is the most unprofessional people I have seen in this business. I can not believe the way they treat their patients. They will cancel your appointment without notifying you and they will charge you for stuff without asking you first. And then when you complain they treat you like its your fault. Again please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The front desk staff were polite and professional. My wait time was less than 15 minutes. The X-Ray tech gave reassurance with each pose, Bite. Mmhm. Good. And there were about 20. She said this with each one, and I really appreciated the assurance, as I am often worried that its not in the right place. The dentists were both great! And then the business office explained everything!! She walked me through my payment options, step by step, until I made a decision. I am so THANKFUL to have found this place!

I have had the same dental insurance (BCBS) for 35 years and in all that time I have NEVER had a copay for a simple cleaning. Today I was charged a $60.00 copay.Although the staff is friendly, professional & helpful I will not be returning. The pricing for their services is not worth the convenience (only about 5 miles from my home verses 25 miles for my previous dentist) I first considered when making my primary appointment. I will be returning to my original dentist for my dental care.

My husband had his tooth pulled on 3-18-2020 at the aspen dental office located in enterprise al. We will NEVER be using aspen dental again. My husband was up all night in pain and they only gave him Tylenol 3! Called next morning asking for antibiotics and something stronger for his pain but they refused. They said he didnt have infection at time of his tooth pulling so he didnt need it. Its common sense having a tooth pulled can cause a INFECTION thats why dentist give antibiotics afterwards. I had 4 teeth pulled myself from a non aspen dental office and each time they gave me antibiotics to PREVENT a INFECTION as well as something stronger then Tylenol 3 for pain!
