Mitchell Hyundai was the best Hyundai dealership i dealt with while in the process of looking for my wifes 2021 Hyundai palisade. The process was easy, done mostly over the phone, which was more convenient for me. The entire process i felt that all avenues were taking to make the process easy and to accommodate me. Kyle was my dealer and he did a wonderful job to get everything completed in less than 12 hours from initial contact. They even delivered the vehicle and helped me to surprise my wife.

Mitchell Hyundai had to do an investigation on my vehicle for a problem with express oil change damaging my vehicle. The service department did exactly as I instructed to baby my vehicle. They were above board and unbiased. I felt as if I was heard and respected as a woman.

My car went in for oil change. Began leaking oil. The cap wasnt put on as tight as needed. They corrected it immediately and apologized as accidents do happen. Everything went smoothly and they rectified the situation. The only issue we have ever had. They are always nice and professional from sales to service!

I usually get my oil change at a cheaper place. They rotate my tires for free. You guys charged me 19.99 extra. I was surprised that you washed and vacuumed my car at no extra charge. Thank you for that as I am disabled and unable to do that myself.

You guys are great! I needed a oil change so I opted for where I got my car. I even got a washed and cleaned car back! Since I am disabled, it really helped. Just one thing. When I take my car to a certain tire store on Fort Rucker Blvd for a oil change they dont charge me 19.99 to rotate my tires.

Very nice dealership. Always prompt and they all strive to treat us as family. They are never pushy and always just there to help in any way possible. No one has brushed me off ever no matter their level and the building and grounds is always in great condition. Even the service tech spoke to me when I had a specific request to have 40 PSI in the tires and that was reassuring because most places restrict the service techs from speaking with customers.

Carmen is the salesperson that helped me get my first car! I was in and out no problems she took car of me! Highly recommend Carmen! The atmosphere of the dealership is pressure free!

I had to wait way too long and then I wasnt made aware of things that needed my immediate attention on the inspection and given the option to have them fixed. I was most upset about that.

I took my vehicle in for a repair with an appointment and the repair was completed in a very timely and efficient manner. Vehicle was returned to me with no issues.

My only concern was the lack of face masks not being worn by staff. As far as I could tell, no member of the staff wore a face mask. Also, there was a common coffee service available in the waiting room. I did see sanitizer/wipes at the service cashier area. Not as safe a place as it could be, given the COVID-19 pandemic.As far as the service, everything was excellent. Timely completed, courteous service personnel, fair price for the service.

Only complaint I have is the wait time getting car washed after just a oil change. Price for oil change with vehicle inspection is really affordable. Waiting room is nice with big screen tv and free coffee and various snacks.

I had an appointment for an oil change but it took 3 hours. They did not start on it for the first 2 hours and the dealership was not busy.

Great service department. Will do honest work and provide excellent service. No shady work here and even threw in a free car wash when I couldnt have service done that day.

Called Mitchell Hyundai about warranty because AC was out. I already had a diagnosis from another shop. Was told my warranty would cover it. Showed up and was told that my warranty expired at 60k miles (I bought the car with 107k miles on it from mitchell hyundai so why would they sell me a warranty that is expired before the papers are even signed?) and that it would have only been eligible to cover the powertrain, nothing else. Called warranty company and they told me my warranty covers everything listed on my diagnosis and a ton of other things...not just powertrain. Do your homework or you could find yourself paying out of pocket for issues covered by your warranty.

I took my 2017 Santa Fe to Mitchell Hyundai for a bunch of issues. There were some delays and a few bumps in getting my car fixed, but Mitch and Tukker both did everything they could to make up for it and get my vehicle taken care of.

My husband took my car to be serviced for the first time and had a great experience regardless to the wait that he stated it felt like “it took forever” lol. Understandable.

Hands down best Salesman or should I say Sales Woman would have to be Mrs.Carmen. She is professional when she needs to be, down to earth and very sweet. Mitch in the Service department is very nice, professional and will make sure your vehicle is taken care of in the best and fastest way possible. I have had my Sanata for 3 years now and no other dealership has worked on it. I got the best deal I could ever dream of getting and now we get the best service very time I walk in the door. From a simple oil change to a spark plug. I couldnt ask for a better bunch of people to do business with.

This dealership will lie to you. We all had came to an agreement on where I stood with a down payment, which was like $1500. Next day the guy gets back with me to tell me Im going to need $4000-$5000 down on like a $9000 dollar car.... people here lost their marbles. They basically build your confidence up and let you drive the car before they give you the truth. Con artists, thats all they are. No exaggeration either, Im not disappointed because of disapproval. I am mad because of dishonesty and a business filling a customer with false hope. The only thing I got from here was 2-3 hard inquiries hit my credit as well as my mothers. Do yourself the favor and go right past this place.

I actually paid less for a new car from them overall, then my first used car I bought at Outlet Rental, that was 4 years old and 30K miles when I bought it.Everyone hear was really nice and helpful. I normally hate dealing with car dealerships but all my experiences have been Mitchell have been top notch. I have my Genesis serviced here and they are always quick to take it on short notice and they always wash it afterward. Last week my grandparents were looking to buy a car so naturally I encouraged them to give Mitchell a shot. John Seals was fantastic throughout the whole buying process and they ended up in a 17 Azera. Even days after the purchase John came to their house after the dealership closed and spent 3 hours getting the car setup to their liking and programming the garage door opener etc.. They have been so pleased with the car and with the great customer service. Thanks Mitchell and thanks John!

She explained my options and even ran back to the mechanic several times to ask questions from me.Mitch has always been a solid guy everytime I come in. He is very helpful and courteous. He will take the time to just have a conversation with someone. He is the reason why I keep coming back.

Went in for some routine maintenance two years ago.They still call me to this day regarding trying to buy my car from me. I dont even live in Alabama anymore. And despite repeatedly telling them to stop calling, they continue. And they use spoofing software so it appears as though someone in the same area code is calling you.Seriously, one of the bigger more annoying mistakes I ever made with my car.

My wife spent 2 days working on a deal for a car on Friday afternoon they reached a deal and she drove it home . Curly called Saturday morning telling her to return it there was an error found by the bank. Maybe if they were not in such a hurry to sell they would had not had a problem. Broke my wife’s heart. I would not buy a wheel barrow from them.
