My mother and I went in to buy a pet bird for my little sisters birthday. We grabbed a cage that was big enough for one bird even two. (The cage had what birds were meant for it on the box) Then we asked to get a bird and she said the cage wasn’t right. She said we can’t make this sale. She wanted us to get a $170 cage made to hold 6 birds in all. When you had deformed birds, TONS OF DEAD FISH. Not professional place either. The worker was rude as well. We will NEVER go here again.

Recently moved back to Enid and have a dog that requires novel proteins due to an auto-immune disease. Worker explained that they have NO control of product sent to them and are unable to make special orders. Corporate sends what they believe we want/need for our pets, which makes absolutely no sense. I know I cannot be the only one in need of special diets, requiring special orders. Lost my potential future business, that’s for sure!

Super weird vibe and almost always out of anything I need. Definitely need a bigger selection for bunnies and to keep it stocked. Ill still shop there because it is really the only pet store in town.

They had painted shells for hermit crabs. Odd gripe I know but I try to rescue hermits from them whenever I can. Good prices for hermit crabs though I suppose. 5 and some change.

Love the animals and the female workers were very nice and helpful. The rude guy who helped me today, not letting me buy some betas for a family friend. You are rude, dont know much of animals, have very poor customer service and Im happy my bird bit your finger 😂. You kinda deserved it. PS my animals are all healthy and happy.

I think that they are a great store to shop at for fish,because all the prices are reasonable expect for the Cory catfish.they take care of there fish ,all fish that i have bought multiple fish from them and they have all done really well.

The Grooming staff was not patient with my dog. They did not bathe him with actual soap and water. They used a dry shampoo. I paid for a complete bath and nails. They also charged me to grind and cut his nails...BUT, THEY DID NOT DO IT. They explained to me that me dog wasnt letting them cut his nails....so they couldnt. Yet charge me anyway??? Dishonest and shady.

Very helpful employees, lots of information, sort of pricey but you can generally find the things that are pricey as off brand in other stores If you need to keep a budget.I would keep your eyes open because of the price gauging but for the most part pet wise, great place to get the pets.

I talked to an employee there about my dog barking they had me buy a 3 phase 2 dog training shocking collar with remote it also plays music and vibrates when I press the button not happy at all its back in the box and I remembered i told the kid who sold it to me that I did nt need my recipe because he sounded very knowledge able on it .big big mistake I just want a no bark collar for 19.99 not 49.99

Everyone has on a mask. They had a lot of specials on pet toys. I bought several for my cats and a coworkers cat for Christmas.

The only problem I have ever had here is the elderly lady that works the aquariums is rude every time. Her name is Janet.

I have always been happy but this time my vet noticed a couple of her nails were ingrown and foe some reason they started leaving her legs and feet long and not trimming her nails so this time I asked her legs be cut short and her feet free of hair and nails trimmed anal glands taken care of. Some of her nails cut but two ingrown. Anal glands were not taken care of. She has been coming there for quite a while and I tip well so why am I charged for work not done right.

Edit: You have to be really specific with the groomers about what to do or not to do. I currently have an disappointing looking dog because instead of just shaving matted *spots* as I gave permission to do, they shaved the whole dog super short.Another time I had to send him back because they left his ears big and poofy even though I specifically had said No fancy style. Just trim the whole dog on one length.Ill still buy supplies here but if I can at all avoid it Ill go elsewhere for grooming. Ive now been disappointed more times than satisfied.Good selection but almost too much selection. What I mean is, I was just looking for *normal* dog shampoo. They had 35 kinds, flea and tick, itch treatment, skunk treatment, watermelon scented, shedding prevention... Every special purpose you could possibly think of but not just normal shampoo.

They have lots of different toys! For big dogs, little dogs, and all dogs in-between! Great brands of Dog food & Cat food, even live herb plants like Catnip! Lots of leashes, harnesses, muzzles, & puppy pads to choose from. Plus, they have a dog trainer right on site!

I have two bearded dragons that have special needs. The staff helps me went ever I have questions and help me fine answers when I am unable to find a solution to a situation that we are going through. They care for the girls as much as i do. We work great together to give them the best life and the fullest life that they could have even with their disabilities.

They try to force you to wear the mask. I will not shop here.

This is always a clean looking and, clean smelling store. I added how it smells because where you have pets, you have accidents and you would never know it by how nice it is inside. Everything is organized in a way that its easy to find what you need.If you need pet supplies or, now that its close to Christmas, want a picture with Santa, stop by.

I love petsmart, but their lack in sugar glider toys and knowledge of what their diets consists of is kind of disappointing.

Received 2 discount cards for purchase but was not able to take advantage of both.

It was Saturday and I couldnt get my puppy in to the vet, called my vet and she sent me here to get stuff. The manager just kept telling me she wasnt a Vet, she was too busy fixing a sign she couldnt leave too help me look for what I needed! Ill never come back here again.

I am glad to see that PetSmart finally wised up and put a store in Enid. I love PetSmart, they have everything you can imagine as far as Pet Care needs, and even a lot I could never even dream of. If youre looking for a place to pamper phyto or Kitty or any other pet, this is a great place to shop. Come on in and let them prove it.

Bought a small pet carrier crate on the way to vets office with cat only to find it was broken and had to use it anyways. :/Few days later went in and bought XL dog crate. Was trying to carry it with the help of my child bc it was heavy. Kinda thought maybe a worker would offer help, like something to push it on or to carry it out but no. :/ Bum deal. I like Pet Smart... please dont make me hate you.
