This is an amazing Program! My kids were in it years ago and my niece is in it now. The Atmosphere is family friendly and it teaches the kids respect and self defense. Once you meet the instructor s you feel like you have known them for years. All kids and adults are welcome. The instructor s teach many different forms of fighting. They allow the kids to help teach so so they are involved in all aspects of the sport. For sure be ready to meet and practice with an amazing group of people!

I have had all of my children in these classes. They help teach not only self defense and fitness but honor, respect, and responsibility. It is a wonderful company and group of passionate and determined instructors.

Friendly place in Enid. Great for beginners!! My husband is way more advanced than me and they took the time to teach beginners.
