Love the company and the products. The driver is always pleasant. If I have a problem, which is seldom, he takes care of it immediately. I have called the office a few times and they have always been helpful. DEFINITELY recommend UNIFIRST.

Terrible company to deal with all the way around. They constantly lose our uniforms. When you try to call the office to talk to someone about they never answer the phone. The route driver doesn’t care either. He is not even competent enough to put uniforms in the lockers they belong in. He just piles everything on the benches. Definitely look somewhere else for uniform needs.

Gayla Mock is such a pleasure to work with. Very seldom there is a problem but if one occurs she is on top of it and fixes it fast. Patrick the driver is very polite and nice. He is also right there for any changes that may need to be made. Shelly/Linn Energy

David for the past 9 years has been our delivery driver and our friend. You dont get to say that too often about delivery personnel but David cares about the employees and their uniforms with always questions on their families and health. We would recommend using Unifirst from Enid, OK-- their uniforms are ready for working and care taken is excellent.
