I bought a car and it had some major issues. The guys where fantastic. They kept me informed and did their best to get me the lowest price they could and they where fast and did great quality work. No other place I would ever take my car.

My regular mechanic wasn’t able to get to my vehicle to see what was wrong with it for about a week. I needed my car fixed ASAP. I took it to Net Auto and even though they were busy they said they would look at it and if it was a quick fix they would get to it in between jobs and get me right back on the road.Net Auto returned my estimate promptly and provided several options and price quotes depending on the level of service I could afford.Thank You NET AUTO for helping me when i was in need!

Was able to in bring in my daughters Dodge Neon for transmission issues on a same day appointment. Talked with Kevin and Tony who were extremely professional and were able to explain all of our options. They did not proceed with any repairs without getting our approval first. Will most definitely be bringing our cars back to them for future repairs

I had the pleasure of using NET Automotive Service this past week. I suspected I had an issue with my alternator, but it turns out it was the terminals for my battery. The people there had the integrity that is so hard to find in a mechanic, and I will be using them exclusively in the future. I am extremely satisfied and thankful for my experience with them.

I went to this place for a radiator issue they replaced the radiator then called me and said they had to do it again because the radiator was defective then I get a call the next day they replaced the radiator and my brain fried now I got the car sitting in my driveway and it still leaks radiator fluid and the brain is fried but supposedly it just happened they didnt do it but theres another review on here for the same thing makes me wonder I definitely will never use this place ever again because once I get my brain replaced I have to get the radiator done again.

These guys are professional and honest. My truck had engine issues and NET went above and beyond what you would expect from a normal service center. Kevin worked with me to diagnose and troubleshoot. I would have been in a real bind without his prompt expertise. Ultimately, and fortunately, the problem turned out to be a simple fix. I will be calling Kevin and the folks at NET first next time I have an issue.

NET has worked on my vehicle two separate occasions, and both times I have been impressed with the quality of their customer service and skilled work. The shop is fair with their price and will confirm with you before doing any work. After my vehicle lost a tire on the road, NET had the needed repairs done in one day, ready for me to drive several hours south for an appointment that afternoon. Their moto is dealer quality service at local shop prices, and they have certainly met that in my experience.

Went to NET automotive on base at Vance, and nothing but good things to say about it. My civics fuel pump was burnt out and they managed to find me parts from other shops to cut down on costs for me. Extremely professional, and open about their work.

They were able to get me in right away at an affordable rate. I also appreciate the fact that they told me what they were going to be looking at and broke down the cost for everything.

I’ve taken my car here before and had no issues they did great service. But this time I took it in I felt like I was totally screwed. They replaced a part before they honored the warranty this time but it fried my computer . I feel like they should take that part off but they wouldn’t take the price off for the computer that’s not right.!! When I tried to start my car it wouldn’t start and then the AC wouldn’t turn on. I would not recommend this shop. And I won’t be back. !

I live in Tulsa and had my truck in Enid. The guys there were helpful with me over the phone and was able to get my truck in the day after I called. They got everything fixed that I needed fixed in a day. They’re not open on weekends but made an exception for me to come from Tulsa on Saturday and pay and get my truck back. Would recommend to anybody needing a fix.
