These guys are top notch. I brought my 2011 F150 in for repair and they knocked it out of the park. Frank and Calvin are great guys to deal with. Both of them are very respectful and will go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. They did what should have taken a week and a half, in 3 days! I would recommend this business to anyone. Thanks Lyles for the great work and customer service!

We had an accident a few years ago. And Jacksons of Enid recommended lyles, which by the way they dont use anymore. The front Fender clips pop off all the time, them I have to push in different things every once in a while. They please leave gaps. There not that great

Excellent customer service!! We only have one vehicle and it was invovled in an accident. We didnt have rental car included on our insurance so they were nice enough to give us a loaner car!! The only downfall was the turnaround time...it took about a month. But hey, we had a car in the meantime to get us around! Thats all that mattered. That our car was getting worked on and we had reliable transportation!!

My wife and I scheduled the job to begin on Monday March 24th, he said it would take 3 days. We get a call Tuesday the 25th, saying they havent started any work yet, but just realized they needed $460 more than teir original bid of $920. I explained to him that I know how an estimate works and understand if the job will cost more than the original estimate, but no way will I pay him 50% over his original bid. After negotiations I agreed to pay him $1050 cash, he would not accept that amount in a check or card... sound fishy yet? Well I havent told you how we came to that number, see he called my wife and told her he had torn down the vehicle, and juust then realized he was going to need much more money, he said he needed $1380 or he would not wok on the car any more, he also asked her if we filed a claim with our insurance. So my wife told him that we had filed the claim, but she could not give him the go ahead withoout talking to me. Obvioulsy I was furious when I heard this, so I called them back and spoke with them about the ridiculous increase in the bid, he explained to me that he never told my wife $1380 but she told him we were to recieve the $1380 from the insurance company, and that is why we needed to pay that amount. We did not recieve that amont first off, and secondly he continued to tell me how my wife was lying to me about their conversation. After a legthy debate I eplained to him the next highest bid was $1050, and he could do i for that amount or I would take it else where. (Which I wish I had) He agreed to do the job for that amount and I told him to proceed with the repair. Am I done? Not even close! The following day, March 26th he called me and informed me that he talked to my insurance company and found out that I recieved a check from them in the amont of $1250, and he knew that I could pay more for the job, explaining how they were loosing money and doing me such a huge favor by doing the job in the first place. So I called my insurance company and asked if any one there talked to him, to which of course they said that not only did they not talk to him but that they would have never given him my personal information. I believed them because we did not recieve that amount from the insurance company any way. So I called him back and explained to him that whatever deal was made betweed me and the insurance company was just that, and the deal that I made with him was totally separate and he needed to hoor the second deal we made. After another lengthy debate filled with more lies he agreed he would complete the job for the agreed upon amount. As if I was robbing him. The end? NOPE!!! Finally on Thirsday the 27th, the day after they orininally told me my vehicle would be done, the owner Frank, who is not Lyle, because apparntly Lyle sold his company to Frank and allowed him to keep the name, called me explainig that we got off on the wrong foot and he wanted to fix it! I was elated to hear this because the last 2 days were hell! He explained to me that if he wanted to he could charge me the entire $1380, keep my vehivle until I paid in full and charge me a $20 per day storage fee until I did pay the bill in full, and there was NOTHING I could do about it! But he wasnt going to do that because he was a nice guy, instead he would accept the agreed upon amount of $1050 but he was going to call the law and my insurance company and report me for insurance fraud!!! That was my favor! I explained to him how insurance laws work and that he was obviously very good at taking advantage of people however I would not be one of them, and would not pay him one more penny. After 4 days with these professional repair men I finally got my vehicle back, and I have to say I am not impressed.

Had my truck in accident, My Insurance paid them to have it fixed and they gave me a date that it would be done and they have continued to just push it back week after week and have taken a month to get the truck even worked on. They started on my Truck then I New damaged car came in and they stopped working on mine and went fix it instead of finishing it first. They have priority problems with doing a job and doing it right and on time. I am still waiting for it to be fixed!
