Jerome was amazing! He had us set up and ready to go before we arrived at the dealership. Going through the financing part with Cable was the best experience we’ve ever had during this part of the car buying process. He didn’t try to push us in to anything, and explained every step along the way. It was all worth the hour and a half drive to the dealership!

Smooth as butter. Inquired about a particular truck weeks prior that hadn’t shown up at the dealership yet. Ron gave me more than enough info on it and then when it arrived he sent me pics I put a deposit down to hold it until I was in town. Called Cable on the way to the dealership to get things rolling and we were in and out very quick. Great group of people didn’t try any bamboozling would definitely shop here/recommend.

A service light appeared on my dash and I was needing to leave town for vacation the next day. Mike and Rusty, in the service department, were amazing! They got the part in and repaired the same day for a reasonable price. I have had terrible dealership experiences in the past, but these guys were great.

I would give Janzen 10 stars if I could! We drove from Dallas to purchase a car and it was the most superior sales and finance experience we have ever had and we’ve purchased 25 different cars in our lives. Jerome was an outstanding salesman, being open, honest and thorough with all the info he provided us before and during the sale. Had everything ready for us when we arrived to make things effortless. Cable was hands down the best finance manager we’ve worked with. He was buttoned up, explained everything thoroughly, transparent and efficient. He was just as helpful after the sale with questions as during. We wouldn’t hesitate to drive 4 1/2 hrs again to purchase there again. They are top notch!!

Great dealership to work with, their pricing is upfront unlike the big dealerships whos advertised price includes discounts, rebates and trade values that they can’t seem to make happen. Jerome was very easy to talk to and honest. He sent pictures and videos of the vehicle before we drove from out of state to buy. They were very accommodating and pretty much had the deal done over the phone, we were only on the lot 20 min and we’re heading home with the new car. Definitely would deal with these guys before ever going to a big city dealership.

The initial service was great, super nice guy and appreciated them getting me in for my oil change. My issue is when I got my car on the highway, the tires began to shake. They were not doing this prior to the tire rotation you performed. I stopped by two times to see if they could get me in quickly - i shared I would wait 2-3 hours. They shared they could not. This is not acceptable. Obviously theres a problem and there was no willingness to help. We just moved to town and Ill never step foot in their doors again - sales or service.

Saw a cadillac srx on the car guru app. Sent a message and was contacted by Jerome. Thecar fax they used said no issues. I specifically asked about the headlights, as I know these cars have class action lawsuits in some states and my aunt got rid of hers because of the issue. It is that the hid lights get moisture because they arent sealed properly. I was assured no issues. I left the car there as they agreed to fix the cd entertainment system. When I picked up a week later, my husband looked over and noticed a small dent that I hadnt noticed. Again we were assured nothing wrong with the car. The vin reporting system is accurate and the dent was from Im sure a small lParking lot thing. Driving home, it was dark and noticed the headlights were slightly different in color. Literally one week later it rained and my headlight went out. These are not easy to replace because you have to change the ballast and ignitor as well as the light and take the whole front end off to do so. Cadillac charges $1497.00 up front, per side to do so and they are replacing the whole assembly. The total cost for that is $1797.00 per side! I didnt get the warranty because in the past those type warranties have done me no good. I called Jerome he said hed ask service manager and get back with me. This is a huge safety issue, but a cosmetic one. He assured me he had my email and phone number, which he did thru previous communications. He said hed talk to his service manager and lets both call some dealerships for cadillac and see what their service said and be in contact. That was the end of October 2020. (Here it is Feb. 11, 2021 and all no call, message.) Not long after about 3 weeks after this light went out, the other did as well and I had no headlights. One could slip a new bulb in but the first sign of moisture, they go out. I got pulled over 2x for having a light out while waiting on this dealership to contact me.! (I have also filed a complaint/claim with cadillac.) He never repturned my calls, email. We were very disappointed and quite frankly, angry. This is why used car salesman get a bad name. Not having the courtesy to call a client back, but especially on a SAFETY ISSUE! I get it shame on me, no warranty, but like I said they often dont cover well anyway. Ill never buy another car from them and will tell others of my experience as well. Steer clear of this place!

My wife and I tried to purchase a vehicle from Lee Hosier at Janzen GMC. I saw a vehicle on their lot and called about it around 1pm in the afternoon and made arrangements with Lee to come by after work and check it out. We went by about 5:15 and took a look and took it for a test drive. By the time they made me a trade offer it was after 6pm and my wife had already left to take home some groceries that she had in her car, so I told Lee I didn’t want to keep him after hours and instructed him to call me first thing in the morning to finalize the deal. Their trade offer was slightly lower than I was hoping for, so I told him I would like to have a little more for the trade before I left, but I would take the trade offer home to my wife and felt confident we would make the deal the next morning. I even asked Lee if he had my phone number because I hadn’t given it to him over the phone when I initially called about the vehicle! He assured me he had my number from his caller ID and that he would call me first thing the next morning. I never received a phone call the next morning and finally called Lee about 2pm the following day to see if we could finalize the deal only to find out they sold the vehicle that morning at approximately 9:30am to another person.I was excited to do business locally and really liked Lee initially at the dealership when I met him, but this experience has totally soured me from Janzen GMC. A little common courtesy would have been appreciated. Extremely frustrated, I called the sales manager was told that I didn’t have a hold on the vehicle because I had not started a financing application on it (after hours), accepted their initial trade offer (after hours without my wife present to discuss), or paid a deposit (which was never asked of me). Contrary to Lee’s story, the sales manager told me that they had actually sold the vehicle the night before after I left the dealership, which is strange, because I left after 6pm and they were already closing up. Had I known I needed to place a deposit to hold it overnight into the following business day to continue the transaction and not keep their staff there after hours, I certainly would have done so! I felt like I was being courteous to them by not asking them to stay late and go through the ropes of financing late in the evening, but they couldn’t give me that common courtesy back by giving me the promised phone call and giving me the opportunity to buy the vehicle from them.I understand it’s first come first serve, but I felt like we had a verbal agreement and understanding to continue our business the following morning as to not keep them after hours. Janzen’s word means nothing and this shows me that their greed is most important to them, which I did not expect from a small town local dealership. Shop elsewhere, their word means nothing.

I inquired about a used Lexus GX on a Sunday night I saw online. Jerome emailed me that night to let me know he was going to send over the carfax, photos, and videos of the car the next morning. He was extremely efficient in getting me all the info I needed before making the trip from OKC to Enid to test drive and finalize the deal three days later. Highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend working with Jerome and Cable and finance guy!

Excellent Experience!!! From the moment we contacted Lee (Salesman) to the moment we drove off the lot, we had a nothing shy of an outstanding customer service experience. The vehicle we bought was properly serviced as it should be when buying a car. The Jeep was clean and was exactly as described by the dealership. When we arrived we didnt get mauled by employees which was also very nice. Believe me when I say that this is a small dealership with big time skills. They made us feel like we mattered and not just because they wanted a sale. We drove 3 hours there and back home and will do it again when it is time to buy a new truck...thank you all so very much!!!! Each and every one of you made repeat customers of us for being so friendly, professional and experienced.

I found a truck advertised on marketplace at Janzen GMC. The truck was listed as a 4x4. It was too far for me to drive to look at the vehicle so I asked them to video it running for me. They did, all looked good so I made an offer and they were going to deliver the truck to me. I called my bank and had the money moved from one account to another so we could make this transaction. I contacted another gmc dealership that was looking for a truck for me to tell them I found one. They offered to check the vin# to make sure there was no mechanical problems reported so they do so and they told me the truck was not 4x4. It was advertised falsely. I didnt get the truck cut I want to warn others before they go through the same thing.

I bought my Sierra in March 2017. I immediately got great sales service from Ron. He is very knowledgeable about the truck and answered all my questions and if he did not know, he found and let me know quickly. I was particular about the truck I wanted and Ron worked hard to find it.I drive a long distance so I have had the oil changed twice in the four months I have had it and everytime I bring it in, the service guys particularly Hunter look me in the eyes and call me by name. This time I had them check a dent on the roof from a semi that hit me with a rock. The body shop man came out right then and gave me an estimate and told me the best solution. The service department works around my schedule, always pleasant, friendly, and personable. I needed a vehicle when I dropped off my truck at lunch and Roxanne did not hesitate to get me a courtesy vehicle. Both times it has been serviced, I have received a call to let me know it is ready.I highly recommend Janzens.

Girlfriend purchased a 2011 Honda from Janzen aprox 2 years ago was told that she would have a bumper to bumper warranty for the term of the loan on the car. Ironically enough a month later she lodges a complaint about the front bumper being damaged when she purchased the car told not under warranty nothing they could do fast forward to 2 days ago front bumper falls off. Radiator gets damaged by ac condenser rubbing against it she calls and they tell her we dont sell Hondas youll have to pay for the repair out of pocket. So why has she been paying extra money for a warranty that does nothing for her. If your looking for a gm product go see northcutts. That is all.

Take you truck elsewhere and save your money. I was having problems with the Intellilink system glitching on me and I contacted Onstar about getting a software update to remedy the issue. They got me in contact with Janzen, where I take my truck for oil changes, and they said they could work on it. Instead of doing the simple fix I asked for, they kept my truck overnight, fixed an unrelated problem, charged me $300 and didnt solve any of the problems I called about. I went in the following day and didnt offer any resolution to improve customer satisfaction or offer the software update I requested. The customer service desk just suggested I leave my truck there for the shop to try and solve the problems but it will be a while before they get to it. Ive heard this before. Troubleshoot your issues yourself and take your truck to the city where they will still listen to you even if you didnt grow up with them.

I still think of this place as Jensen Oldsmobile, because they sold Oldsmobiles for years. I used to take both of my Oldsmobiles in as well as my Chevy pickup, because they had the best service department in town. They did wonderful work, and I Must Have Spent thousands of dollars here over the years getting my vehicles fixed up. They did air conditioning brakes rear ends front ends you name it they can do it. Now they just have GMC trucks, I miss seeing the new Oldsmobiles. I think GM made a mistake when they did away with them.

Took my wifes envoy in a year ago for some work . had to go back twice to get it fixed . then in 2017 took it back for another repair had to take it back again to get it fixed and just the oter day had to take ti back again . seems like their sevice techs cant fix anything the first time or even the second time . This review is in regards to the service department. I took my gmc suv in to Janzen just after a month of having to take my suv to another gmc dealership both for check engine lights. Since my suv is new and very much under warranty I thought it would be no problem to have it checked out and to see why the light was on. The first dealership I took it to was Fentons in Ardmore where I received amazing service, they updated me on every process they were performing as well as letting me know the price, the car was ready to go in a few short hours and I paid nothing since it was under warranty. Now the experience I received at Janzens was the complete opposite, I dropped off my suv at 8am, and did not pick it up till the next day. I never recieved a call to let me know it was ready or what was wrong with my car. When I called in the morning to pick it up I was told ya it should be ready just come in, so I made the 30 minute trip into Enid and then found out there was nothing wrong with my car. They ran several test which I believe is the first step in finding out if anything is wrong anyways, but they made it seem they tested everything up and down and nothing was wrong. This just didnt make since because if nothing was wrong then why was my check engine light on again, the Advisor Stephen told the other gmc dealership had done things wrong. He then went on to charge me for the labor and I tried to explain to him that I shouldnt be charged because it was under warranty and that it was just test ran that they would have ran anyways! This isnt the first time I have had a bad experience with Janzens and now I know why several people in the Enid area wont use them. Save your money, your time and your frustration and find another GMC dealership that will treat you right and respect what the word WARRANTY means!
