Highly recommend Arapahoe Rental. Alan and Leo were both incredibly friendly and awesome to work with. They helped get me setup with the right equipment, Leo walked me through how to best use it, and they were gracious when I needed to grab another item or extend my rental. I will definitely be coming back for any tools or equipment I need in the future.

If your a weekend warrior looking to get fleeced this is your spot!!! Stick to home depot for small rentals and Bobcat of the Rockies for heavy equipment. Leo might be nice to older customers but he wont help contractors. I came back with a jumping jack for return and he refused to unload it, and preceded to cuss me out in front of my daughter and told me to go cry to the man behind the counter. I gotta do my job when I dont want too, especially after 2 days of running the jumping jack. Unfortunately Leo you have to do yours too. Very Unprofessional.

Good service, well maintained equipment and fair price make this my go to for equipment rental.The yard crew do a great job of assuring proper operational instruction and hook up of trailer when necessary. The yard area is well organized and easy to navigate. I highly recommend Arapahoe Rental for the do it yourself or business owners.

So I am in and out or Arapahoe rental all the time. Trailers being worked on and renting equipment. Everyone there is so nice and makes sure you are happy with the service you receive. Leo and Tomas are usually the first ones to great me and make me feel like a long list friend. They go out of there way to come over shake my hand and make sure that Im having a good day! Cant wait to pick up my trailer tommorow!

We have rented from Arapahoe Rental multiple times and once again Thomas and Leo were amazing! We rented a Bobcat and Thomas delivered it and made sure we were comfortable using it before leaving. Thomas and Leo are always great to work with, their customer service keeps us coming back to this location!

Leo and Thomas are always there to help my grandparents every time they need propane filled. There are closer places to fill up but this is the only place they’ll go, solely because of the hospitality of the staff. I appreciate having a small business that is neighborly and affordable. Very nice equipment that they rent out here. It seems that they buy new equipment pretty regularly, which makes life much less stressful. Very fair prices on everything, typically considerably cheaper than the big box guys. This is the only place that I rent from anymore!

Stopped in to get a propane tank recertified and filled. Service was quick they hopped right up and conducted the inspection for me took about 5 minutes and only cost 10 bucks. Will definitely go back in the future.

Need a new leafspring for my trailer they had it on stock got up and run in a couple hours

Quality work on my tandem cargo trailer! Went for a bearing repack and check electric breaks. They found some chatter and stiffness with a few of the bearings and put in new bearing and seals without any issues or fuss. Found breaks in good condition and did not need adjustment. Glad to work with people who know what they are doing. Very reasonable prices too! If you want a glamorous shop and a waiting room with cappuccino you will have to go some place else. If you want a good work go to these guys.

Good work, bad customer service. Had some work done on a trailer that they did really well. However it went from a $100 job to a $150 job. Not a huge deal as things dont always go as planned- they said it took longer than expected (the increase was an extra half hour) - fair. I then got a quote for another job I wanted done and took it in. I got there, and while we were discussing it they thought it could take longer than expected so said it would go from $220 to a potential $350, another 50% increase. No details of the job had changed at all by the way, just an on the spot, we think this might take an additional hour an a half. I appreciated the transparency but expressed my discontent that it could be far more than expected, again, and said I couldnt do it for that much. After all, I know when a quote is set, it will typically hit the higher mark. 2 hours of my morning wasted because you cant give me an accurate quote and then wont negotiate to try and stick to your original quote more closely. Didnt care about me as a customer, just another thing to do.

Ive rented from these guys for a while mostly for landscaping equipment and their service has been below average at best. It usually takes 90 minutes to 2 hours out of my day to load and unload with them.Then I went one day to rent an auger. The guy loading it didnt secure the tongue before he loaded the auger on the trailer which came off and dented my tailgate. I went to the office to see what they would do and they told me I was responsible because they were only there to assist with loading. Maybe I shouldve been paying attention but regardless, I had to replace my tailgate because of their incompetence. Ill never go back.

I called and asked for a boom lift for two days so we can replace some lights and these idiots rented it to someone else on one of the days I needed it. The gentleman helping me reeked of booze. Would not recommend this rental company.

This place is a complete joke. I call and make reservations a week in advance the old dude working tells me he doesnt have my trailer. But has a smaller one and because Im upset that he didnt have the trailer I need hes not going to rent to me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is unorganized and knows nothing about customer service. Dont go here

This is by far the worst rental experience I have had.rented a stump grinder and was told to return it by 5 pm.when I checked the receipt it stated 5:30pm was return time.when I called to verify the clerk was surprised I caught him in a lie.I paid a service fee and then was told I needed to wash the stump grinder before I returned it.all in all a terrible experience
