This company is very dishonest. They will put you under a 3 year contract and have it automatically renew unless you send a certified letter no less than 90 days and no more than 120 days from the renewal date.The main concern is that I was quoted a $40,000 bid because they claim a part was obsolete and the whole door assembly would have to be replaced. I found the part needed in one day and the cost of the part was $3200 which should of been covered under the service contract we had.I have never dealt with a more corrupt company in my life.USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

This elevator company has been servicing the elevators in our 14 story building for years. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. The elevators are always breaking down. And their repair response is appalling. No sense of urgency around it. And they do a poor job. Recently one elevator has been down for a month. And now the other is on random rendering an elevator ride up to 12 minutes long. This renders the building uncomfortable inconvenient and less than desirable for many of the elderly and disabled residents in this building. I am so irate I have no words. People have not been able to leave their apartments comfortably. Causing them to alter their lives and stay home when they otherwise would go out. People cannot move in or out. People spend 45 minutes unpacking their car after a trip. People are forced to move heavy objects through stairwells. This is insane. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR ELEVATORS TO KONE.

This is an excellent company. Ive been working with them for years. Re. the negative reviews...please know that its possible that a building owner will let regular elevator maintenance go undone until there is a major issue, and then has difficulty paying for the resulting repair. Also, just because a brand name is on an elevator, doesnt mean that the same company was hired to perform the service. And, service contracts come in different packages/levels, which provide different response times and levels of support. Elevator companies can only do the work building owners are willing to pay for. If your elevators dont work, complain to the building owner, not the service company.

The worst elevator made. We have two in our building and they are slow and out of commission way too often. I was trapped in the elevator Friday May 26 for 25 minutes. My cell phone had no service and the intercom goes to a call center in Illinois. It was awful and potentially dangerous. Horrible elevator. Buy Otis.

Worst company you could ever use for elevators go to Otis or Thyssen Krupp they will make appointment times and not show up and they do not care when you call the office.
