I came in on wednesday night at 7pm, they close at 8pm, I spoke to Bianca, i told her my situation and how upset i was about my phone screen being cracked, and although she saw my phone and knew it would take more than an hour to fix, it was extremely damaged but she took it anyway. She was very nice and she had great hospitality. She was absolutely amazing, my phone took over an hour and a half yet she was patient and kind when i came to pick up my phone, she even gave me a call to let me know it was ready so i didn’t have to sit around. I called to discuss an issue with my Macbook Pro and got an appointment at the Englewood, NJ location. I made a trip in and was told that they do not provide that type of repair at this location and that I should go to one of their other locations. What a waste of time! Scheduling goes to a central phone number to people who have no clue.

I was recommended by a friend to take my cracked cellphone screen to uBreakiFix, and it was the best choice I made. I had a new screen and camera installed on my Galaxy S8 and it functions like its brand new. I had the pleasure to work with Matt, who is very professional, welcoming and a great asset to the team. He handled my concerns with care and was very knowledgeable. With the multiple customers he was working with (in person and on the phone), it was impressive how professional he was in providing the best experience for everyone. I was SOOO happy with my experience, I left my MacBook Pro with Matt to get serviced. I look forward to using this location for all my future services.

This establishment had great customer service in the beginning & great turn around time on getting the cracked screen repaired...but, initially once I came back (the same day) saying my phone’s functionality was altered with the new screen & I couldn’t do certain things anymore I was told to come back on a certain day, a new screen will be ordered for me and they replace it, no problem. It seemed to the associate that the new replacement screen was not compatible with my phone.I was asked when I brought it back was it an insurance claim and I specified it was but was still ASSURED to just bring it back and the screen will still be replaced free of charge.Now between drop off and pick up I was helped by two different associates.I come back on the day they asked to bring the phone in to have the new screen replaced and I’m now told that because it was an insurance claim they can’t just replace the new screen that I have to call my cell phone provider and have it sorted out with them.My phone is slowly but surely losing more and more functionality with this new screen. I could have just stayed with my cracked screen and kept the functionality I had because it was still operating just fine up until the new screen replacement.This establishment either has to 1) function better with communication between associates and/or 2) train every associate thoroughly so that neither of them gives the wrong information.I don’t see this place as providing even good customer service because they don’t even honor their own word when it comes to something that was told to me as the customer. I feel cheated.I won’t be doing business with this establishment or retail chain again.For those of you that still plan to use this place for phone repair needs, just make sure you deal with the same associate at drop off and pick up. If not, leave your phone there until the associate you dealt with is back in and finish the transaction that way.

I brought two iPads to this location to fix cracked screens. It has been nearly two months and I have not received so much as a call to give me an estimated timeline on the second iPad. I have left multiple voicemails that have not been returned.Do not entrust this location with your devices.

Im not sure where to begin to be honest. Brought my Nintendo switch in to be repaired. The screen stopped working and it had an internal part problem. My switch is about 10 months old- no dropping, water damage, or anything of that sort. It was pristine condition and I take good care of it. Brought it in with the assumption that this company can fix switches as they say on the website. Was told Id have a diagnostic in about 2 days they would call me. Never received any calls. A week later they told me they were going to order the part, I said fine. Gave me a huge run around over the next week (working on about week 2 now). I had to keep calling for updates because I never heard from them. They ordered parts but apparently they didnt work and there were problems. Finally almost 2 and 1/2 weeks later i spoke with the technician who was super nice and explained everything and told me he fixed it to the best of his ability and that the devices touch screen had a dead space. He said I could pick it up if it wouldnt be a problem and that everything would be fine and I can look at it and see. I went to pick it up and the gentleman told me it wasnt done and that it would still be a few weeks because they wanted to try to find another part. At this point I got extremely frustrated because of the lack of communication between these employees. The price points were different from these two people, it seemed like nobody knew what was actually going on and I felt upset because it seems as though they had no idea how to fix this switch. Towards the end of the transaction the gentleman got EXTREMELY rude towards me saying they spent over 200$ trying to find the right part to fix this. He was trying to make me feel bad DESPITE the fact that I was getting the switch back not even 100% fixed saying that it would take weeks in order for it to be corrected. So not only does the screen have a dead space on the touch, but the left joycon toggle is lagging. As much as I wanted to give it a good review, I dont think I would bring a game console there again. I regret bringing it there in the first place

Great customer Service and knowledge about computer devices. Brought my mac mini to them to get an hard drive & memory upgrade. They called me in 2days to pick up unit and gave me the option to pay or sign up for the insurance program. The owner insisted me getting the insurance because all i would pay is $25 a month and all my devices will be covered. Absolutely satisfied with these guys!

I cracked my phone during a morning jog. There was no way around it, an expensive screen replace was needed. Tom over the phone was very patient, at one point even suggested that I check with my carrier to see if I have insurance plan. The repair itself was seamless, but it was ultimately their friendliness and service attitude that won me over.

Screen had a minor crack on it, was repaired and given back in same day, no complaints whatsoever.

My phones been getting negligible cracks for 2 years now, but one bad fall Cracked my fone screen this week, to the point where the majority of the screen was just bright light. The fone still worked fine, but I couldn’t see what I was doing. And the light would randomly adjust without my input, sometimes it would flicker into different colors (green, purple, etc.) and other times it would just darken til I couldn’t see.With everything being closed due to the pandemic, I was hard pressed to find someone who could help me. I couldn’t find anyone nearby who could help, but it seemed no one had my screen in stock. Thank god the guys at Englewood did, and it only took two hours to get my fone looking brand new! It’s gorgeous, and they even put on a new back cover as a thank you for picking them! Would highly recommend!
