I absolutely recommend this Mac store to everyone! The whole staff is extremely knowledgeable of all Apple products and they were able to fix my laptop quickly. I brought my laptop in after being told by another Apple repair shop, that my laptop was not worth fixing! The prices at Mac Outlet were reasonable and worth the trip. I am grateful that I didn’t just trash my laptop!! Go here before anywhere else, you won’t regret it!!

I had an amazing experience with Mac Outlet! I was very anxious because my work computer was not functioning well, and then I made it worse by trying to trouble shoot. Just as I was panicking, I reached out to Mac Outlet who were readily available, talked me off the ledge, and said to bring it right in and that they could probably fix it and get it back to me in one work day. Not only did they do that, but they did better. They got my computer back to me on Monday morning with many hours of the work day left. The website has live updates for the used MacBook inventory, which was super helpful when I went 20 minutes before they closed. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions for which laptop would best suit my needs.

The Mac Outlet has saved me on at least two occasions and I couldnt recommend them more highly.They are professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and have great turn-around times for repairs. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that you leave happy and with a healthy machine.This time I went in with an OS issue of my own making and they turned it around in about 3 hours and replaced my chewed up E key for me.

I bought a used computer a few weeks ago from offer up and recently it was showing the black screen of death. I called and sky was able to help me get my device moved to the front of the line for diagnostic and boom it was fixed in less than an hour flat. I was also able to get a killer deal on a Mac mouse which I love! Highly recommend going to these guys I took the light rail an hour and passed at least two other locations! I have a 2015 15 inch MacBook Pro that I bought second hand recently. The computer is in great shape, but needed a battery replacement. I called the shop up and they underpromised and overdelivered with the battery replacement. They said it would take a day to replace the battery but they had it done in just a couple of hours. They even replaced one of the feet on the bottom of the computer for me without charging extra. This shop is very quick and their quality of work is great (they even offer a 90 day warranty on their repairs). Best of all, if you own an older Mac notebook, they can help with many of your repair needs at a more affordable price than the Genius Bar at the Apple Store. I just had the battery replaced today, so I will see how it holds up but I feel assured that they will take care of me if any issues arise.Also, I was looking around their store and they appear to have a good selection of used Macs that are only a few years old. I highly recommend giving this local shop your business if youre in the market for a used Mac.

Just took my laptop in for a repair as it needed A LOT of work. It kept crashing and had so many viruses on it. Both guys who work here are awesome and so insanely friendly, fast, efficient, and keep you updated the whole time. I have been here twice and each experience has been enjoyable. My computer has no issues now and they have a 90 day warranty program. Whoop Whoop. Ill being heading back in there soon for my phone. I am a very happy gal. Thank you!

Thought we would save some money here but not even close. Tried to sell an iPhone xr and was low balled like crazy. Told the facial recognition didnt work and that was why but as soon as I left it worked fine. Know your stuff before trying to sell or buy anything here.

I had a 2013 MacBook laying around that I didn’t know if I wanted to sell or trade, went in and worked with Stuart and the process was so easy , friendly, and informative! Stuart was very transparent about all my options. They ended up being able to fix the issues and update the system so it can now actually operate, so it feels as if I have a brand new computer!! Absolutely amazing service ! I brought my MacBook Pro in after spilling tea on it and they immediately helped me. Not only did they repair my computer, but they helped backup all of my data and I was able to use my computer the next day. Glad they were able to give my laptop a face-lift. It runs very fast now. They were knowledgeable. And let me know I had a good laptop and didnt try to upsell me a new computer. I have respect for that. But they charged $199 for only 250gb. I know that a 1 TB Sata is only around $99 ish and a 250 is $50 with wholesale pricing. So they made 150 on labor and didnt bother to do better on the hardware.

Highest quality shop Ive been to. I took my MacBook Air to Micro Center for repair and they told me it would be a two week wait before they could even look at it. I then took it to Mac Outlet and their store owner examined it for me that same day. I got it back only a few days later. The two gentleman at the front desk - Sky and Stewart - gave me exceptional customer service, told me exactly what was wrong with my trackpad and replaced it. My laptop is running perfectly (at least as of right now) and I couldnt be happier with their service. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an incredible experience working with all the guys here!I had two 2011 MacBook pros that I had hoped to trade in, but was told that they are too old for any trade in value. Instead, they worked with my mother and me to upgrade the IOS on both computers to the newest operating system they supported so we could donate them. I did purchase a practically new 2019 16” MacBook Pro, and they waived the upgrade service fees for both old computers because of that purchase! I ended up having to come in over the course of multiple days because of data transfer delays (because of my ancient computer, not because of them) and Christmas. They were patient and kind with all my questions, especially Stuart (!), and helped me be sure I got the computer I needed for the work that I do.Thanks Stuart, Adam, and Sky!

I highly recommend this place. Theyre knowledgeable, friendly, reasonable (prices), and quick! Sky helped me move my very large iTunes library from my PC Dell laptop to my new Macbook Pro. He had it done in 3 hours! 60GB iTunes library! He was very helpful in answering questions and fixing things that I set up wrong . I was on the phone for 2 hours with Apple Care and they couldnt figure out how to transfer it/set it up. Best Buys Geek Squad wont even touch/work with iTunes. I am so glad I found this place.The Mac Outlet is better than Denver Mac Repair on 8th ave. The Mac Outlet has professionals that are certified and knowledgeable in both Windows and Mac. Denver Mac Repair doesnt work with Windows products. When I asked them if they could transfer my iTunes... they sounded like they were going to wing it. Sky, at The Mac Outlet was confident and said hes certified in both Windows and Mac, and hes transferred iTunes libraries before.oh and an added bonus, their showroom has a section of old school Apple products. A trip down memory lane. Pretty cool!

I am so impressed with the service here. My 2009 MacBook Pro was soooooo slow. My husband and I discussed and thought it might be best to purchase a used newer version. We went into the Mac Outlet in Englewood CO and spoke with Stuart who suggested we might be able to replace the hard drive in my 2009 computer instead of purchasing another used refurbished version. I was very aware that He was most likely saving us $100-200 by offering this option (and decreasing his profit). We decided to take his advice, it took about 1 business day and my little 2009 MacBook Pro is so fast now. Oh my gosh! Honest, reliable fast, reasonable and kind. Thank you so much Stuart. I am not one to leave reviews. In fact, Ive only left two before in my entire life, and they were both one-star reviews. However, I havent received customer service this good in a VERY long time so I do believe this warrants one. After getting a new mac laptop, my partner gave me his old one to use as a hand-me-down. Not only was Adam amazingly polite, professional and friendly, but he made sure the old computer was wiped clean and set me up with a brand new operating system AND a new charger for a very reasonable price. Not to mention, it was ready in mere hours. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs apple products / help / repair. I even drove 25 minutes out of my way to use these guys and will again in a heartbeat.

My 10 year old MacBook Pro had gotten painfully slow, (I mean excruciatingly slow!!) But with the current Covid19 situation, couldnt spring for a new laptop.Took it to Mac Outlet and talked to Adam. He suggested that replacing the old mechanical hard drive with a new solid state drive would help make the computer faster.He switched out the hard drives and migrated all of my data. WOW, the old thing is FAST!!! And talk about FAST!, I needed the computer that day, couldnt leave it overnight. Adam was able to get the drive switched out in one day!I wish I had found and visited Mac Outlet a year ago!

Excellent service during COVID19-- needed a battery replaced and they were able to do it immediately and quickly, I had my computer back within a few hours. Less expensive than most places. Will definitely return, and probably purchase next Mac here too!

My external hard drive failed while I was trying move over all our family pictures. Of course the 18 months of photos and videos were right at the time our baby came into the world. Took our hard drive, computer, and phones to Adam and he pieced together the data and saved our family memories!!Not only was the experience good because of the successful data recovery, but also because Adam and his staff were friendly, honest, and obviously great people. I needed to upgrade my Mac book air from 128GB to 1TB. Called many in Denver but nothing beat a reasonable price compared to many other and great service. Staff was very friendly genuine and authentic we even got into conversatio, they told me it will take about a day and few hours later they gave me a cal saying it’s done.Bottom line: very reasonable price compared to other, quality service and fast.Hope that helps cheers.

If I could give 10 stars I would, Adam and his staff are great. I spilled a full cup of coffee on my MacBook and did not have it correctly backed up. Adam fixed the MacBoon with no data loss. I also decided to purchase a iMac (most damage I x CDs an now do is a keyboard) and he copied all data from MacBook to iMac and I was up an running and soon as I plugged in. I know I received and good value on the repair and the iMac. Adam is the only one I will let work on any of my Apple computers.
