We are relatively new to Xlingshot but they have been wonderful to us. My company left another IT firm because we were getting horrible customer service, none of our issues were being corrected or fixed and they did nothing to be proactive about our growth. Thanks to our move to Xlingshot that has changed. Immediately they came in and evaluated our needs and completed upgrades we knew we needed. They transitioned us smoothly even though our old provider was less than forthcoming with our account information. They took the time to get to know us and address our issues IMMEDIATELY.I also think it is really shady that the only 1 star review Xlingshot has received on Google reviews came from a disgruntled employee of my now fired old IT company, and it was written three hours after I terminated them. If they had any integrity at all Vince would make Cameron (C R) remove that post.
