We are beyond impressed with the quality of service provided today!Agi & Sonia did an impeccable job cleaning our recently built home. They made sure to have us check their work as well so we were satisfied. They even cleaned all of our patio doors including the very large slider, which looks amazing now! Highly recommend!

With the decent cleaning job that was done the most unprofessional thing that happened was I have a 16 year old cat in my house. Very old Very Skinny cat. There was more concern about my cat than about my cleaning. After all the cleaning was done and the girls left I came home to my spare key in my door. As I opened the door the owner Lori had come back to my house and let herself in to feed my cat (which made him sick). After days of her calling me more concerned of my cat she called animal control on me. I would hope she is aware that this 16 year old, basically hospice cat, had a great life living in a perfectly good environment. Since she called animal control on me and I had to take him to the vet they suggested he would have had a great life and just passed away peacefully at home but instead he was put down. So if you have old animals DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE!!!! Thank you for letting my 11 year old son lose one of his best friends!

Agi came out and did a deep clean the Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend, as we were having company. She was punctual; very professional; prepared with many different cleaning products (she asked what I use on my tile floors; vinegar; she had it); and was very thorough. The price was reasonable and I have scheduled her to come on a regular basis. I highly recommend Loris Amazing Maids!

I needed a last minute emergency cleaning done to one of my vacation rental properties and called Loris Amazing Maids. Not only was she able to schedule someone to come out early the next day, but the woman she sent, Augie was fantastic!!! Augie arrived on time and got to work immediately. She was incredibly thorough, cleaning a/c vents, paddle fan blades, the tops of door jambs, base molding, etc without being asked to do so. She even gave me some really good tips about cleaning products she uses. Lori, the owner, is very responsive and communicative. She personally answers the phone and is truly hands on. The price was fair and she accepts most major credit cards. I would absolutely recommend Loris Amazing Maid Service.

If I could give this place zero stars I truly would. The owner is incredibly rude as well as her head trainer who thinks its acceptable to clean everything with just a little dawn and water. The girls who cleaned my home were so sweet but unaware of how many pets I owned thus they came unprepared and without necessary cleaning items. Yuck.

I have been through many, many different cleaning companies. Unfortunately, they have all fell well below my expectations. I had almost given up but decided to try Loris Amazing Maids. I had recently had some construction done in my home and there was a lot of dust and dirt on all my lights, door, counters ect., so I needed a really intense cleaning. The two women, Agi and Brittney, who did my cleaning were simply A-MA-Z-I-N-G, my home is shiny and clean, all nooks and crannies were dusted and cleaned, baseboards were wiped down. I just had Agi from Loris Amazing Maids come in and do a deep clean for me. I will be having surgery and need a dependable service that does good work . Agi paid special attention to all the details, cleaning areas that I had not been keeping up on. She is a very pleasant and courteous woman and worked continually the whole time she was here. I plan on using this service in the future!

They did an excellent job their first time out . It went all down hill from there. The owner ALWAYS forgot to schedule me. She does not know how to manage a business. Her excuse for always forgetting to schedule me was its hard to keep help. Thats not my problem, it is hers. At least call me to let me know you have no one to send out, I should not have to call you EVERY month to remind you to put me on your schedule . Too bad as the girls who did come out a few times were very good. Will not use again.

Very thorough job! Agi is amazing! She is always right on time and does a wonderful job. She does baseboards, ceiling fans, even under the sink when needed! Highly recommended!

Agi has been cleaning my house for about three months now. She is the best. She has clean things that I havent even thought about, now they sparkle and I had no idea. Aside from an initial scheduling snafu, these folks indeed are amazing!. I live in Michigan, my mom lives in North Port and is over 80. I decided to get mom a cleaning as a mothers day gift (2018). When they no called, no showed on the initially scheduled date i called and got Lori right away and she rose to the occaision and got Augie to my moms the next day. My mom was very pleased with Augie and will be keeping her on. Thank you Lori, Thank you Augie! Glad we found you! We will definitely recommend you!10/01/18. They raised moms rate by 30% per visit, even though Augie continued to comment to my mom that her house was so clean that she doesnt need a housekeeper. Needless to say mom said thanks but no thanks. I think that was pretty lame actually. They could have cut Augie from two hours to one, and my mom would have been ok with it. But to jack the rate 30% after only five cleanings was lame in my opinion. Augie is great, the company probably found a bigger fish and did this to ditch my mom who only had them out once per month. Oh well. I guess they want weekly cleaning clients only. Therefore, I took them down from five to only three stars.

We are Seasonal Home owners who have owned for 5 years. Our past cleaning person was good, but lately unreliable. We needed a New service in the middle of the season. We called 3 different one. I spoke with Lori on the phone and she had a few out in two days. Candece & Heidi arrived at the time quoted. Candece walk around gave u her thought & price structure. We were happy to have them. After 2 hours 2 girls the House shown like never before. The tile floors truly sparked, the sink has never been so clean. My wife was away, but upon returning she commented that is was the best service we have ever had. The cleaning products were mostly natural ones . YES we really want them back again on a regular basis, while we are here. I will have them do a closing in May and come by a couple of times in the summer. I feel lucky to have found them. I called Lori on a Tuesday and she got me someone for THURSDAY ! They did a fabulous job and followed instuctions, I had a bad fall and am not able to clean for a while. They are coming back this week as I was so impressed!

The staff is reliable and pays attention to every detail when it comes to leaving my office spotlessly clean.

TERRIBLE!! Would give 0 stars if i could. The cleaning service was absolutely garbage, nothing was cleaned and the certain rooms or areas i specifically asked them to really clean up were untouched, needless to say the service was not cheap either. Furthermore, when the check i mailed did not get there in time i received threatening phone calls, saying how she was going to put a lien on the house. Would never use this service again or ever recommend it to anyone else.
