Adopted my orange boys 6 years ago we got them at 6 months old at the time. They are such a blessing! They have enriched our lives. We were treated kind with respect. I never got back with them until now, as you can see they are older now and we could not live without them. Just wanted to say thank you.

I adopted my precious girl, Tawni this week. She is as cute as a button and as sweet as cake. I am so happy that she has come into my life, even if shes an older lady. She is so sweet and loves to be pet. They also gave us a blanket and a couple of toys when my partner came and got her.Thank you so much to Todd for calling and for helping with my adoption application. I am truly so blessed and grateful she will be loved endlessly and welcomed in our home.

E.A.R.S is an absolutely amazing place. Todd and all the people that work there are great people. They love all the animals that come through there. They go above and beyond for the animals. They even have a little store in the back with all kinds of pets needs. My son loves to go and hang out with the kitties and cats. We💚 E.A.R.S

My experience was not as good as others, Not to be an excuse, but I am disabled and with the Covid and all going on, my stress level was so high, I made a bad choice to give my baby girl up for adoption, I was told I could see how she was doing, but was not allowed, not even a photo, I wanted my little Josie back! She wasn’t adopted, one of the members took her, she is that lovable! I phoned and phoned and basically was told to quit calling, Since she wasn’t put up for adoption and taken by a member, they didn’t want me to have anything to do with her, Even though I was told I could! I made a big mistake and tried to fix it immediately, but again a member took her! All I wanted to know is that she was ok and was happy, I offered to buy her back! They don’t care that my little girl loves me, or my love for her! She is a dear and sweet poodle/shih tzu! I can only pray she is ok, she was like VelcroStuck to my side! I hope if anybody has a moment of weekness , Do not sign a piece of paper, too loose all rights, with a promise to know they are ok! I have to live with my mistake, I pray she doesn’t and is treated well! Roxanne

Amazing people doing amazing things! These are the saints that rescue cats and dogs bound for nowhere ❤ adopt from them and give as much as possible. Boomer is incredibly smart and super friendly! He is our love and goes everywhere with us! This year he even travels to Italy with us! Thank you Stacey and everyone at EARS for rescuing animals like Boomer

I experienced first hand that the dogs that are given up for free, which can be sold for over $250 by ears, are taken home by the volunteers and not available for the community to adopt. This place is not a proper rescue as their prices are are out of the norm and with all the money this place gets in donations, the person running this place is all about money....shame on you. I would stay away from this place.

Highly recommended this facility to anyone who is looking to adopt. Staff and volunteers really care about the pets and ensure they are in good homes. Todd went out of his way to help me through the heartbreaking process of surrendering a pet. I couldn’t be more thankful for people like them.

The people are nice here. One has to keep in mind that there are two buildings and staff members sometimes need to go from one to the other. Deliveries, appointments to take cats to vets, fostering the dogs, appointments for adoptions, etc. I go there every few weeks to visit and play with the cats. I miss Muffin, and often wonder how shes doing and if shes trim now. The people are nice here. They are doing the best they can with the limited funds they get.The cat section could use some neat toys hanging on wands donated.

The animals looked content. It was clean. Fresh water and food in bowls. Toys and treats. I will miss my babies. But Im sure they will be treated with respect. Im praying they all find loving forever homes. If you can donate. They are a no kill facility. Every little bit helps. God bless them.

I found a wonderful dog. I told his foster mother I was worried about my fathers dog. Long story short, I had to give back the dog because of how crazy my dads dog got. I was crying making the decision but new it was right for both dogs. His wonderful foster mom came and got him with tears in my eyes I handed him over.I told a friend about him and she was excited to met him.The staff could not have more rude to her.Who ever was working on 7/19 was so ,so rude. I came to get my refund, I said how sorry I was that it didnt work, he did not even look up said nothing and said something about my girlfriend that was uncalled for she was trying to help. Then he lies and says a meet and greet was already set up plus 4 or 5 more lined up. I dont know how, your web site is never update.Will. Never use ears again. What a shame.

I have been working with EARS regarding an adoption of a small silky terrier. The dog is now at my home as a foster. Pending my personal vet check prior to adoption, this silky terrier is deserving of a new home. Frankly, amidst the 2 or 3 unhappy reviews regarding EARS, so far I have found the facility to be clean and Stacey, the Asst. Manager to be both respectful and very accommodating in trying to help get this animal placed properly. So far, this has been a very positive experience from someone (me) who has personally rescued and transported over 35 dogs out of KILL shelters while living in North Carolina.

These people are so kind and caring- I had to take my ex-husbands cat here when he passed away recently. Although they already were very full, they were kind enough to accept Stormy and handled her very gently. At a time when I was very emotional they treated Stormy and me with compassion and kindness. They do great work...

I will never be able to show how thankful I am for what these great people did and the life they saved (Petey). Deva and Petra literally went through hell and back with me and ultimately saved this fantastic dogs life and touched many lives (including mine) in the process. I know I am forgetting the names of some of their partners and foster parents, etc. but please know that these are outstanding people. From the bottom of my heart,Thank you.Jeff

We adopted a sick cat with fleas, parasites and diarrhea!!!!! The first night was a complete disaster with the cat having a horrible bout of diarrhea everywhere but in his brand new kitty box. Gave him the same food that he was eating in the shelter. The diarrhea never stopped and called EARS multiple times without the courtesy of a call back. Took him to our vet and $200 later found out this cat had parasites and a flea infestation!!!! Now have to bomb the entire home and our toddler has flea bites!!! The lack of compassion and the rude employees at this shelter is unacceptable. The fact that they allowed this cat to be adopted without disclosing the diarrhea and parasites is outrageous!!! There will be an investigation into the practices of this shelter!
