It is very simple and easy to navigate and has all kinds of things you would need to buy for respectable prices. I typically go here to get snacks and drinks from time to time and I am satisfied with my experience. I especially like the variety of things to buy.

Shelves were BARE in spots. The staff were more interested in having a conversation about battlestar galactica than assisting patrons like myself finding items. A week after Easter, they still have some stuff on clearance, but unsure if they have all their spring stuff out.... Huh. Guys get it together.

Clean, good selection, friendly, and the manager, Becky is very helpful and pleasant.

They carry items that are just as good as the name brands. They have an app and website so you can check what they carry before you spend 2 or 3 times more money elsewhere and the quality is not really different from the name brands.

This is a wonderfully stocked store. The staff is helpful. It is worth signing up for the digital coupons.

It has some good dollar items. It is difficult to find rubbing alcohol and hand sanitizer so I purchased the soap. I bought the Great scents and the disinfectant spray Hospex brand 1$ and Dollar General (DG) instead to clean my cell phones and remotes. Also the bar soap instead of hand sanitizer..

Prices not bad. Restock not so good. Almost always out of every day products. Very disorganized and not so clean. When mentioned it to staff, they said they were not staffed to keep up. Products are always in carts on floor.

Compared to other local DG stores in the area this store is fresh, bright, and clean, but I do think this is one of the newest locations. This store also seems to have more product variety than other locations. That being said, their organizational schema/staff are doing a great job maximizing usable space.

Watson Boulevard store is by far the best Dollar General around Binghamton area. Friendly employees who greet you when you come in, neat and clean store thats well organized, and Im always able to find what Im looking for. Convenient and plentiful parking, and employees dont mind helping you find what youre looking for!

Employees act like they dont want to be here. Youd feel bad for them but they just dont seem to care. Corporate seems to be the biggest problem..not enough hours to give people enough hours to wan to work there..or put the product in the shelves. All are understaffed I get that. But corporate really just doesnt care. Cleanliness at these places is absolutely non existent

Ended up putting all our things down and leaving so we werent late for plans we had. The cashier was dealing with some sort of problem that occurred with another customer. That part is fine what is not fine is that the line was ten people long the cashier was on the phone calling to try and solve this mans problem and actually said well get this fixed I dont care how long the line is she could have checked us out and returned to the problem that had already occurred and they wouldnt have lost our business. I also might have waited if I didnt have somewhere to be and she wasnt so rude about it after all she didnt care how long we waited there. Wont be going back the lady behind me in line said shes always there doing stuff like that.

This store is good because it has a lot of cheap stuff thats very useful.I mostly get snacks like chips and some other stuff. The aisle is clean and all the stuff is on the right stuff.

A great quick go to for some everyday needs. Store seems better staffed than in years pass but still (like most small box stores) doesnt have enough staff to properly stock the store. Constant boxes, U-boats, and shrink wrap fill the aisles. I imagine this store has a higher shrink potential with the cashier in the far back corner of the site. Surely the hours lost daily having a cashier doing the truck, going back and forth to the register could fund one 8hr part time truck day associate. Store associates seem to care about the consumer and their jobs.

This store is incredibly convenient, but today was my last visit. I have spent 3 lifetimes standing in line waiting to cash out. This has been a huge problem over the past couple of months. Never more than a single cashier. And since the remodel, the cleanliness of this store has nose-dived.

Great for bargains, my only complaint like everyone else who has a gripe is check out lines could get pretty long sometimes. ...&if a customer is not camping happy, there might be a melodramatic scene. But Ive never seen a cashier or manager exacerbate a situation.

The staff allowed my 10wk old puppy to come inside. I was so thankful not to have to tie her up outside the store and whine scared or worse... get stolen. The selection of pet supplies & toys is huge for a smaller chain store. The prices rivail or beat the larger stores. Overall, Ive had nothing but great experiences whenever I shop here.

Shelves are always stocked and the place is fairly clean most of the time. Normally there is only one cashier and this can be problematic at times.

Stopped by tonight two minutes before close and the lady was letting another customer out and locking up. I said real politely: Maam can I just purchase a pack of batteries quick? instead of saying Im sorry I cant let anyone else in she looked at me and said No real snobby! Again mind you it was two minutes before 10 and they close at 10 which I was still sympathetic to the fact of her wanting to close so she wasnt letting anyone else in which Im not mad about Im mad at the way I was treated. I hope this is seen by managment and something gets done with this lady who obviously hares her job and dont want to be there.

This happens to be the worst dollar general Ive ever shop at .its impossible to find out hings always looks messy. And not well put together .the automatic door to come in has been broke for several years and had been neglected to the customers that shop . unfortunately , the store smells and there is always sone type of rift Raff hanging out in front of the store something needs to be addressed to the owner or put a recking ball to it

The manager sees the line is backed up and chooses to do nothing. 1 employe sitting on the ground and having a personal conversation on work phone.
