Just came out of the store really upset on how the stocky blonde guy at the balloon station talked to me.I was trying to pick a couple of balloons and he quickly and rudely asked me to step back .I didn’t like his attitude and way which he addressed me.Managers please train your people to be polite and ASSIST customersVisit on 8-18 at 12: 54 approx

Since this store moved to its current location, it has been cleaner and better maintained. The employees are friendly and helpful. Still has a large selection of reasonably priced party goods. Definitely worth the visit.

Never enough employees. Always stocking and boxes in the aisles. I ordered online and picked up. Much better. If you can, order & p/u at front.

It is Party City and for the most part - they seem to be always understaffed hence longer than usual wait lines to check out. That said - the check out staff is almost always pleasant and willing to help - the challenge is finding support while on the floor to find items you are looking for as they, again, are so understaffed.

Found everything that I needed. Staff was helpful and answered my questions and helped me retrieve something I needed from a top shelf. However, aisles were too narrow and uncomfortable to navigate on a busy day.

Pretty much everything you need for a party. Its not the end-all but its good enough and conveniently located near Target in Encinitas.

Solid place for party and other supplies. Though selection is a bit smaller than other Party Cities due to size, they have a remarkably good supply given that this store is significantly smaller than others. Prices are a tad on the high side, but there are a lot of items here you wont be able to get at other local stores.

Terrible customer accommodation policy. I wanted to place a simple balloon order over the phone and was unable to. I even offered to pay over the phone but apparently that’s no longer accepted.

After some initial confusion about which person to talk to first, I was able to get a costume for my son. Staff was friendly and helpful even if signs could use additional clarity.

Great area plenty of parking so many great products lots of candy too

Okay store. Mostly overpriced merchandise. Terrible return policy.I returned something I recently purchased, but they only issue store credit for returns made after a certain date. Apparently, I had to return the merchandise by the 24th if If I wanted my money back, even thought I made the purchase on the 27th. That policy would have been nice to know before checkout - too bad I dont read the fine print on all of my receipts. Regardless, I already paid (hence the receipt), and would be unable to get my money back after completing the purchase anyway.I will be taking my business to Amazon and Target in the future.
