I was greeted and helped by super friendly employees that were able to help me clean up the interior of my rental car. The back was covered in glass and liquid thanks to an accident from a moving box. Now WOW its beautiful and smells so much better! The service was very fast as well, I called ahead and there was no appointment needed if I arrived by 2pm it could be done by 5. Arrived early and it was done before 2:30 😸

My husband got my car (Subaru Forester) detailed at this place a couple of weeks ago and it overall wasn’t a great experience. They were pushy about upselling to the full detailing package. There were a couple of sloppy things that were missed in cleaning the car (specifically, the interior rear view mirror wasn’t cleaned and the carpet around the seat bolts didn’t appear to be vacuumed). In addition, they broke the plastic around the recliner button on the back seat (pictured). The replacement piece is only like $20, but they didn’t even fess up to breaking it. On the upside, did have a nice place to sit while the car gets done and gave my husband a bottle of water while he waited. Overall, not worth the ~$250 plus tip, wouldn’t return.

Its the best hand car wash for miles around. I rarely have to wait in line. My car is cleaned, dried, shining, with the seat readjusted for me to drive off safely.

I went in and headed towards the person who speaks to about the price and he wasn’t helpful at all, was disrespectful towards my opinion kept making me feeling pressured by him trying to sell me something I didn’t want and kept insisting after I told him I didn’t want that he raised his voice at me when I said no like if I was gonna change my mind. ; this type of service isn’t right!! You should teach your employees some manners and respect towards the customers!!

It was my first time here. I thought they were a bit more expensive than other places, but they are worth EVERY penny. My car looks amazing both inside and out. I paid for the whole car to be detailed. When I picked it up, the seats were a little damp still (to be expected). When the seats dried completely, I noticed a small spot, so they told me to bring it back. They washed it again and removed the spot on the seat. Super, super, super friendly!

There is a guy greeting customers and immediately tries to upsell unwanted services. Dont fall for it! I made the mistake of getting the shampoo with this guys recommendation. The seats were soaking wet. I couldnt really use the car for 2 days. Simple wash was fine.

Brought my husbands car here for detailing. It had a ton of sap on it from our pine tree and was in need of some TLC. Ronnie was friendly, and very helpful and the result when it was finished was amazing! It looked like a brand new car! My hubby loved it! And I did too because I’m back here to get MY car cleaned today! These guys are awesome!!! Great value and a great job done. I will definitely be back many more times!

They damaged the interior of my less than 1 year old Crosstrek. I’m super upset about this and won’t be coming back. If you expect your car to be treated with respect then don’t come here, it isn’t worth the risk. Sad because the job on the exterior was decent.

I went to this car wash, and I wanted a gold wash and i went to the ticket writer to pay for the wash and he wanted to sell me a full detail and he kept insisting and pressuring me into buying the full detail I got annoyed and irritated. I got mad and wanted to leave and when I did he was super rude when I declined the offerer and he told me to take my money else where he was disrespectful! will never be coming back! you guy need to teach your employee respect!!!

Lots of potential, went on a Saturday and got pretty lucky that there was not a lot of other cars there. I got the silver car wash. Inward my truck was done and when I came outside the first thing I saw on my truck was water spots and lots of dried soap on the top of the door and roof. The water spots were on the hood of my truck and there was still dirt on the tailgate. The place is clean and people are nice when i pointed some of it out but it would be very great if they got it right the first time.

I went to go get my car a full detail today, it was very professionally done! I will be returning again tomorrow for the perfect job that I had received will be bring in my other car! The worker was awesome! I love this place will be returning multiple times!

Stopped by Park Place for a car wash today, they did way more than exceed my expectations! The staff was very sweet, professional and made my car squeaky clean. I loved their patio area to hang at while my car was being serviced. I don’t think I’ve been to a place more accommodating! Great prices for great quality service. I’ll be referring my friends, family and coworkers to this place for sure. They’ll definitely be seeing me again!

I went there around 1 with my wife and was attended very quickly and they had left my car amazing and just am incredibly happy with the result, hands down best car wash! Nice employee at the detail station had done a speechless job to my vehicle I will be returning very soon! Keep up the great work!

This place was friendly, efficient, and their work was impeccable. I took my car here before I sold it to get my interior detailed. Granted, the price was a little high, but they negotiated a little and made me feel happy about my purchase. When I received the car, I understood why the price was what it was, the interior was spotless. I would honestly only compare the level of cleanliness to buying a new car. Great work guys!!

I just got out from there I purchased gold one I was supposed include air fresher they didn’t use it at all! And they didn’t clean inside as nice as it was supposed to be it still messy like never been washed

I had gone to this place a few times and i had a great experience but today i was left speechless my car was left amazing i did a complete detail and the leather and wax. The guy named Pablo who worked with my car had a great attitude, great guy! I will be returning in the near future, thanks for the great work!

Went there for the first time today, asked for a manager’s special detail package, and since my car is too low, they will charge extra for hand wash and leather treatment. Paid $70 total. 20 Minutes later, was told the car is done...... A good detail takes time, of course, 20 minutes would barely qualify for a good wash. The car has a lot of spots with dust. And it looks like they only wiped down my trim, didn’t even touch my leather seats. When confronted, they said it is extra charge to include the seats for leather treatment... Excuse me, so where did u actually used the so called ‘leather treatment’ and finally the manager showed up said he would take care of it and gave me a free hand wash gift card. I mean, yeah, I appreciate that. But I do want to get my car properly detailed if I paid $70 for it, not rushed in 20 minutes

I went yesterday early in the morning but then yesterday afternoon I had realized that the stains on the seats were back and the mirrors were smudged horrible job. ! I will not be returning ever again that place did a horrible job with the working from Tuesday, will be telling people about this horrible experience.

I went earlier today and got a full detail on my car one of the best car wash I have been to in years! I will be going again and recommending it to my friends because the worker there seem motivated and are happy to clean your car and always polite will be coming back soon!

Its a little pricy, but its full service and they do a good job. Theyre pretty quick also, if you avoid rush time. I easy get my car washed during my lunch break.

They have a nice outdoor seating area as well as the nicest indoor space with a gift shop. Aside from coffee, refreshments and snacks, they have tons of greeting cards, home décor items, sunglasses, jewelry, phone accessories, kids toys and more for purchase. Further, they have an array of books you can read while you wait!My car was finished quickly and spotless! It was by far the best car wash Ive ever gotten. This place is awesome, the staff is very friendly and are true car wash pros.I came in with my Chevy 1500 and ended up getting the managers special, my truck needed it. They shampooed all the floor mats, the door panels all received the interior dressing. All my leather seats got conditioned. The wash they did was excellent quality and the interior looks really sharp now. I would highly recommend taking your car to these guys. They are top notch from start to finish.

My new favorite car wash in San Diego!I just returned from my mission trip in Indonesia, bought a new car and was in search of a touch-less car wash. Being new to Carlsbad I found this local car wash and boy am I happy!My car received the Gold wash which included everything, wash, wax, towel dry, vacuum, windows, tires and dressing.They also have a gift shop, a dog friendly mini-park and even a corn hole game, so the time flies by.Both my car and I are extremely happy and well be back every week.

I got the gold wash and wow! I must say Im impressed. Ive been here a couple times before and they normally do a pretty good job, missed spots here and there but it happens. But his time it was flawless, looks like my car got waxed but it was their Gold Wash, which is basically like a mini detail. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they also have comfortable seating inside and outside.

One if not the best place to get you car detailed. Lived all over SD county and tried many different places. Currently live in North Park and I still take my car here to get detailed. They always go above and beyond! Someone recently scratched my car bumper. I was told by a repair shop that it would be about $300 to fix. The guys at Park Place car wash buffed it out during my last detail without me asking them to try. Just another reason why I keep going there even though I live far away.

Ronnie the manager took great care of me and his detailer Pa lo did a wonderful job on the exterior detail of my jeep. The paint shop left dry spray and swirl scratches all over the clear coat. When Paolo was done with it, it was better than new!Even did a great job on the interior when I only asked for exterior detail.At $175 it was well worth the money!!!

Have taken my Toyota 4Runner here multiple times and have been very satisfied with the customer service and the cleanliness of my car. I’ll usually get the bronze but occasionally my car will need more and I will get the gold. I am not for one cleaning my own car. I prefer sitting on their nice outdoor area while my car gets cleaned. Outside and inside are always very clean. I have a baby so the inside gets really messy and they always clean it very well. I definitely recommend if you are in the area to come get your car washed here.

Ive been getting my car wash here for about the last year. The guys here do a great job with making sure my car looks great. I just got used their detailing service for the first time, and my car looks like the day it did when I drove it off the lot. Great service, prices are better than other places Ive been to in the past- repetitive quality washes.

The best full service car wash experience I have ever had. Sam helped out in my decision on what level was the best service for me. Neinah at the checkout was great. The facilities were very clean and up to date. There was a amazing seating area outside and inside. The outside area was very comfortable and I was able to have my dog hanging out with me the whole time. And of course my van was detailed perfectly inside and out. I don’t think I can get my van washes anywhere else after this. And it’ll to top it all off the golf service was significantly less than another car wash I used to go to.

I went in for a full detail yesterday and I had experienced a great customer service by one of the workers named Pablo, he was kind and great attitude I will recommend on going, it feels like you got a brand new car and it felt like I just had gotten my car outta the dealership! 10/10! The Park place car wash provides excellent customer service. Andrew the manager is always very helpful in assisting me with Car. I take my Tesla in every couple weeks and it comes out looking brand new because the team does such a thorough job with the inside and outside of my car/ . The gift shop is full of cute Trinkets and different things to purchase for somebody at last minute and it is always super clean inside. When i wait for my car i sit outside with my book on the lawn chairs and enjoy some sunshine and when ive gotten a wash and it rains, they will rewash the car pro bono. I will only take my car to the park place because my car deserves the best of the best. Lastly,Jess is such a sweet cashier and is always a friendly face to see when i go in. All in all, the staff is amazing!

I went to this car wash around 11 , I was looking forward to a nice and freshly done car wash . I was truly upset at the work I had gotten to towers my car. It had an awful smell , it smell like alcohol I was so sure two of the coworkers were intoxicated with alcohol , I was super upset I’ve been there before multiple times yet this is will be the last time I will be returning. This is disrespectful towards there clients I will never return.

Glad I stopped by today. I saw it was under new ownership and decided to give it a try since the old owners didnt deliver quality. I took advantage of their hand wax special and my car wash came out looking new and spotless also my car didnt take too long. The new gift shop is very nice and the staff is friendly as well . I wish good luck to the new owners since the old owners really ran the place down, but with the new ownership, new renovations and new staff and management I can now gladly say I will be a regular customer since things have turned around for the better

I got my car detailed this weekend, and wow... it is like a brand new car.

So many things wrong with this business. guy outside no where to be found had to wait 5 minutes to be acknowledged by a staff member. front desk lady had a sour attitude when i mentioned i waited to be attended she knew nothing about the car services when i asked questions and i got attitude in return? I got the silver wash and there was spots all over my window and no one cared when i said anything. I asked to speak to a manager, manager no where to be found. it is a busy weekend at noon and no manager around? I have been a customer for years and I am just sick of this place. I had issues my last visit and the visit before but issue was resolved staff did not seem happy to resolve it at the time that should have been a red flag. My fault I naively came back to give Park Place another chance but sadly no good-Loretta B.

I went down to detailing for my cars and it was an amazing experience because the last time I went it was a while ago almost a year ago I had one of the worst services ever this time I gave it one more chance and I love the guy in charge of detailing how kinda and nice he was and Humble and one of the greatest car washes I’ve ever been too in a long time.

Do NOT GO THIS CARWASH! They spend less than 60 seconds vacuuming the interior and about 90 seconds washing the exterior (I timed it). Most of the actual car wash is during the wipe down instead of when the car is supposed to have been washed. Also, they drive the vehicles down a tunnel to be dried and scrape the left front and rear wheels along the guide gutter the entire 40 feet of the tunnel. Mickey mouse operation with a lax and careless attitude. Interior full of obvious dust/dirt on the carpets, seats and mats which they proceeded to wipe down. How do you effectively wipe away dirt from the interior? You cant. STAY AWAY. Theyll gladly take your money for a crappy carwash. I informed the manager who instead of having the car properly washed and vacuumed, proceeded to do some extra wiping and ignore the fundamental shortcomings of the service. My exterior mirrors are smeared, paint has big dirty swirl marks and all the windows are spotted and 50% streaked. I do not expect a detail of the car. But I do expect a decent carwash. So Much Better!Revamped gift shop, super helpful and friendly staff, and a much quicker experience. The waiting area is attractive and welcoming, and the carwash workers are quite accomodating. I wasn’t sure about this carwash, at first, when they changed from Olson’s, but my last 3 carwashes have been excellent.

I came to this place with high hopes. After all, they have the best star rating around.I was confident, I brought in two cars: a BMW X5 and a Mercedes GLC.I asked for their top (gold) car wash on the Mercedes for $23.99. They said it would take 30 mins, but it took only 15, and you could see it in the end result. The trunk was still dripping, I had to ask they guy to please finish it off. There were stains on the bumper that hadnt been cleaned. Inside the dust on the central console, the gauge cluster and the steering wheel was exactly as when I took the car in: they didnt wipe it at all.I asked them to do their Park Place Express detail plus inside/outside conditioner for $99.99. When I picked the car, it was just cleaner than before but not as good as I was expecting it to be. There are still visible stains on the wheels that could have been wiped off. Again, they didnt dry it properly and the water kept coming out from between the panels all the way till I got home. Now there are visible water stains everywhere. And it goes on and on, I dont have enough time to explain everything.Overall, a very sub par job from this car wash, I got much better results from other businesses in the area. Not recommended.
