I highly recommend this company! I was able to get an appointment immediately, and the (somewhat major) repair was completed by the following day. He was professional, efficient, and even offered ways for me to do some preventative maintenance on my own to lower costs and prevent issues moving forward.

Weve been using Pablo for many years now and have found him to be trustworthy and very caring. Im a real estate broker and have also sent numerous clients to him over the years and folks have been very pleased. The guys genuine and really puts his heart into his work. Our Viking 48 refrigerator died last night and Pablo was just here, giving us straight talk about decisions and what he could do. When you have someone who is knowledgeable, caring and professional, youve really hit the trifecta. Usually, you get one or two, but Pablo has all three. Highly recommend!

Rios was great. On time, extremely knowledgeable, and very willing to walk through all issues. Best part was the issue was minor, the fix was simple, and Rios recommended leaving it at that vice tearing open the appliance and racking up a huge bill. On top of that he walked around our entire house and gave us little tips on keeping the rest of our appliances running like new. I cant recommend him enough!

Rios is amazing. He diagnosed the problems with my refrigerator and dish washer in minutes. He repaired them quickly...and they both run perfectly now. I will continue to use this company...and I will recommend them to all my friends.

Rios was great. We got an appointment quickly. I ran the test diagnostics in the manual and he helped me identify the part I needed and gave me the place get it. He offered to fix it himself or the option let me do it. It was an easy part to replace, I decided to do it myself. I got the part the same day and at fraction of the cost for a new appliance. He was great. I would call him again with any appliance problem.

I called to get help with a mini refrigerator and a regular refrigerator in our medical office. The person on the phone went through the issues with me and was really honest and said I need to reach out to the manufacturer. I greatly appreciated that he didnt bill us for a site visit only to discover that they dont service these types of appliances. Ill definitely call them if we have other issues!

Super impressed with Rios. We had a problem with our dishwasher and he came over the same day. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem quickly and instructed us how to avoid it in the future. He even gave us maintenance tips on our other appliances. If I ever have appliance problems again, Im going to give them a call.

My dishwasher stopped running so yesterday another company came, said there was nothing the matter with the dishwasher & that I had a plumbing problem. The man charged me for a 3 minute service call. This morning I called North County Appliance Repair. They got me an appointment within 2 hours. Rios came & diagnosed the problem immediately. Within minutes my dishwasher was working again. He had good suggestions on how to keep it working well too. He was polite & helpful. I wish I had called them first. From now on I will.

They take advantage when possible. 5 times the price for a part ($16 x 5 = $80 that is a joke) Labor minimum of 2 hours to come out. 15 minute repair. I dont mind getting charged double on a part, but this as a whole was excessive. Beware.

This is the 3rd appliance in my house that Rios and Pablo have fixed. First was my GE Monogram built-in refrigerator, second my GE Monogram wine cabinet and lastly my GE Monogram Advantium Microwave. In all 3 cases I was resigned to buying new appliances and a cost of over $10,000! And in all 3 cases they came out (on time, as promised) and fixed them at a reasonable price and in fact shopped around to make sure the replacement parts were the best price available.They are also very respectful of your house and do a great job of making sure they dont disturb the surroundings. In other words theyre neat and clean and clean up everything afterwards. I highly recommend North County Aplliances.Great guys and wonderful service.
