So I had to get a new starter in my vehicle which took already took one day which It wasn’t much of a big deal considering there was probably a line of other cars getting work on. I had known about my brakes having an issue. So they had to look at them after they replaced the starter. So the next morning they got the new starter in and checked out the brakes and said it needed a new brake caliber on the rear right. Which I had replaced like 6 months prior. So I had to call around to see about my warranty on the caliber and I had life time on it so I decided to have it replaced even the auto parts store came to pick up the old one and bring the new one at the auto shop. It’s day two without my vehicle not to mention I’m a college student here in Emporia plus a full time employee here in the summer so I had to ask other for random employees for rides since work is a half way across town. So when I walk there at about 3:00 to see the status of my vehicle about 4 hours and after the caliber arrived there. They tell me it’s going to need to be done tomorrow since they have to get a hose ordered for it. A simple phone notifying me about it would have been great instead of tell me that after I walked there that it’s going to have to wait until tomorrow. Plus no ride or loaner vehicle. A call back would have been great. For how much I’m paying to get this serviced I will have to consider taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The woman there is very knowledgeable. She knows her stuff and is honest. However theyre expensive. They were suppose to contact me back within 24 hours and.i never heard.from them

Wow! We had a dead battery down the road and are from out of town. Guy walked down to test and was so nice to give us a jump. Bought a new battery, installed and we were on our way. Great people.

Traveling from Iowa to Dallas Texas we had a major tire problem. It was 5pm when I called them from a parking lot in a terrible storm. They said if I could get there in15 min they would get my tires done. ( in my experience many stores that close at 5:30pm won’t take business after 4:30 or 5:00). I got there at 5:15pm and they stayed past closing to finish my tire job. This was done with a great attitude from all involved, from the front to the guys in the garage.THANK YOU. My first bad experience was a few months ago when I was scheduled to get new tires at 300. At 345 i left bc i hadnt gotten in and had things that i needed to do. I tried again after reading several positive reviews but was disappointed. I was transferred twice, once without notice. Then when asking about a price the guy on the phone started talking to someone else and put the phone. Very poor experiences lately

Feel comfortable getting oil changes and mechanical work here. Today I ordered new wheels and tires for my little pickup truck and will go back Saturday to get them put on. They are helpful, courteous and efficient.

We are moving from Kansas City to Texas. On Friday night, our van started making noise so we found a motel. Saturday morning, we started calling repair shops that were open. Most couldnt fit us in. Express Tire got us in RIGHT away! They were friendly and businesslike. They took time to look it over and explained what they thought was making the noise and talked to us about it. But at the end they didnt recommend any repairs and refused to let us pay them anything! They were great! (And they have a friendly waiting room with a cool retro snack despenser). Thank you guys so much for the great service. It has been a stressful time moving and you went above and beyond and it meant so much to us. Thank you.

Took my truck to this mechanic for a possible electrical problem. I was charged 70 dollars for a diagnostic test. I was informed they may have to check the electrical, but with little mechanical experience it was unknown a test would cost anywhere near that. I left a voicemail that stated I was frustrated for following reasons; the expensive test, and after they gave me my truck back and stated there were no issues I drove off and the back windows were still not working. I received a call back from a gentleman that was defensive on the phone and stated when they had the truck the windows worked fine. That it was probably the body control module and I should bring it back. I took my truck to a different mechanic who checked all the electric and found loose connections and the windows were unplugged! Problem solved.

You get in when your supposed to and they do very good work. Really like the people who run the place. I will be going back.

I went in and had my breaks fixed and they kept me from smoking an old man in the wal-mart parking lot. Highly recommend

So, every time i go here, they seem to find something major wrong with my car. They showed me 2 of my break pad were extremely worn, and i was thankful for their thorough inspection. But they said the calipers & lines needed replaced ($1600 for front and back), but the calipers on the front right tire were recently replaced. The 2nd place i went to thought it could be the master cylinder. The 3rd place (Williams Automotive) said with the new pads and pressure in lines were good. So, I just recommend getting a 2nd opinion.
