Faith was incredible with my 14 year old. She did a meticulous job of cutting his hair, transitions were seamless, and she finished his service with a hot towel treatment. My boy said Talc & Tonic was his favorite barber he’s been to. He especially like that when she put product in his hair that she only put a little and it didn’t leave his hair crunch. WHERE TO BEGIN. Zack was my hair stylist. I came in, all smiles and an amazing willing to get to know me and personify me to begin with. I scheduled an appointment, and right when I got there, (Even 5 minutes early!) I was put in a chair right away. Straight to business, Zack was so quick to help me decide what he thought what I should have done when I was unsure. With precision he rocked my fade top to bottom. My hair was a mess, (Sorry Zack!) However In such a timely matter he made this process flawless. Proficient, speedy, (but not rushing) and fun. It was an experience getting this haircut, not only was I satisfied with the overall situation but Zack is so easy to talk to and such a nice human in general. We even found some mutual friends considering we are close to the same age. Anyway, enough rambling, this is where you want to go for all of your hair styling needs. Zack and his wife are awesome people with an amazing desire to do hair. I would travel out of state just to let my hair grow long enough to have them color or trim it up; dudes, let this beautiful duo trim your beard; I havent felt so clean and straight up clean cut in..honestly ever. Talc and tonic is not only my go to haircut barber from now on, but I have made friends! THANKS ZACK AND FAITH!! YOU GUYS ROCK! I cut my own hair most of the time. So my hair doesn’t always look that great and I could really tell the difference after getting a haircut from the barber shop. My hair looks way better now and totally professional. Great service but the wait time between cuts is kinda long imo but other than that amazing work!

I can confidently say Faith is the best barber I have ever come across. I’ve lived all over the US and have worked with some excellent barbers over the years, but I would pick Faith every time. She’s highly skilled, consistent, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

I moved to the Treasure Valley a few years ago and bounced around various barber shops trying to find the right one. (Didnt think it was going to be that hard in such a populated area like Boise). I finally found Faith and I never even considered another barber after that. She is AWESOME. Best in the valley. Highly recommend. I moved away recently and I still save my cuts for her when I travel back to the area periodically.
