For as much money as you know they are making, you would think they could fix their parking lot. It is full of holes.

Easy fast pick up.

Not good. The delivery person didnt use the door bell just left a note on the door. The package is a needed medical device. At the ups facility they were no help at all.

Helped me out with an issue I had ... nice people to deal with.

I missed my second attempt of an important delivery and went directly to the UPS Customer Center. The supervisor there was very understanding to my situation and contacted the driver to have my package redelivered the same day. Thank you so very much. UPS is my go to for deliveries.

Being able to read must not be a requirement to work at UPS. Twice in a row they have delivered my package to wrong address. It was the next street over from mine. Thank God the beautiful lady that lives there is honest and brings the package to my house. This package contains much needed medication to stay healthy. Come on drivers learn to read. I went in to the USP office to talk about them delivering to the wrong address. They ask what street I lived on I told him he wrote nothing down. He said he would look into it and walked away.

If I could put negative stars, I would. I had a birthday package sent to the house and they driver left the package in the rain. Instead of putting it under the covered porch, it was left out. Box was a MESS and the product suffered water damage. The box had holes, was dented, tape coming off and was opening up, which led to more water leaking into the box. Tried filling a claim three times and got no where

They didn’t just leave my package at the door. It wasn’t something that needed signed for it was just a package from amazon. (For reference they have left bigger, more expensive packages at our door previously.) I pay for prime for the 2 day shipping and I really needed my item as we were going out of town. A note was left saying they took the package to the convienient store around the corner. Went over there. No package. Ok call customer service. First time, the guy told me I could pick it up that day. I told him I wouldn’t be available until after 8:30pm and asked if it could just be dropped off at our home like it should have been in the first place. He just said I would get a call within the hour of the location. Ok. Whatever. No call. So I call back 2 hours later and was told that they called and I didn’t pick up. So I asked if they had the right number and the guy just ignored me, he was so rude the whole time. I asked where my package was and he gave me an address saying I could get it between 7:30-8pm I again told him I wasn’t available until 8:30 and he told me “per your request, it is available between 7:30-8pm.” And I definitely did NOT say that. Either way I returned the item to amazon because ups doesn’t know how to drop off a package. thanks for the unnecessary stress guys.

Wont even let me pick up a package ten minutes away from my house instead of waiting for delivery. They lie about delivery dates and are late with packages. Customer service is horrendous, prepare to be put on hold until you hang up. Would give zero stars if possible.
