We have taken our 16 year old Junior in High School Athlete to NMC Performance for almost 2 months now.I can say that Nick and Zach have helped tremendously in planning and implementing a workout regimen in gaining additional strength and agility for our son as he works towards a possible Collegiate Baseball opportunity.We look forward to working with NMC moving forward to continue the progress of that goal.
