On a whim I tried a new place and I’m so glad that I did! Easy drive, easy parking that led to a friendly and welcoming environment. What a busy salon! Everyone is moving all the time and employees all had a smile or an offer to bring you coffee or water to to just check in on you. I was there for a long time so I was able to see a lot happening. This is basically the only place in NJ that offers a Pura Luxe smoothing treatment - a non toxic way to get straight hair.Their web presence is so professional but the actual salon is comfortable and unassuming. I will absolutely be going back for a haircut next time - I’ve already told a bunch of friends about checking it out.

Ciro’s is the only place I will go for all/any hair services. A customer for 30 years, I now bring both of my daughters (tween and teen) for all their hair needs and they’re also always completely satisfied. Gio is great with my girls and always hits the nail on the head! Had my hair and makeup done for special occasion by Maria and Gabriella. My mother and sister-in-law also come to Ciro’s for cuts/color with Sal and Sandra. The atmosphere is family oriented, friendly and professional. I’ll never go anywhere else. Ciro is great for cut and color and most recently I’ve tried hair extensions which I am in LOVE with! Every member of the team is amazing, you won’t be disappointed. I have been going to Ciro’s for almost 10 years now. I love everything about this place. The staff is so welcoming, friendly and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed! Gabriella has been doing my hair for all those years and she is beyond amazing. I feel like once you find that one human who can do your hair amazing you never look back! I wouldn’t dream of ever going anywhere else. Nina is wonderful and always so welcoming and super accommodating. The entire staff is amazing. Nina, Gabriella and Sandra did the hair and makeup for me for my wedding party a few years back...and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Everyone looked flawless and perfect from 10 am until 12 midnight. I really wanted to give them a try ! I had scheduled bang trim which hardly takes 10 minutes, I couldn’t make it because of emergency . I called to schedule whole hair cut today but manager Nina was so rude and asked my credit card because of last time . I understand there is policy but you could be nicer with customers , even though I said and explained I had emergency . I don’t have any problem with giving you my credit card , it’s just an attitude you had while speaking to me . I will find another salon , just please be nicer with customers ! No , I’m not going to do the same because I don’t even write bad reviews as you see . This is first time happened to me though it was very unfair the attitude you had while speaking. Yes , people take credit card for highlights which takes 3 hours and I understand, not for bang trimming.

My first visit to Ciro’s was for a updo for a wedding with Geo. She was very welcoming , friendly , so down to earth , professional and very attentive. She gave her thoughts on what would look good on me and it came out beautiful! Geo had a genuine interest to please!My hair color was also a disaster . It was way to dark for me and had 2 shades of brown. Geo listened to my concerns and removed the dark color and finally now I have such a beautiful even color. Geo has a great eye for what color would look good for me....and the result was such a wonderful shade and even color!!Thanks so much Geo!!!Added plus is the friendly staff and love the online concierge service!!Liz C.

Gabriella cut 6 inches off my hair yesterday, she is uber talented, kind and lovely. Would go back again and again, I love, love my haircut. Nina has coordinated all of the necessary appointments & made all the arrangements so that everything went smoothly on the wedding day. Just went this week for a haircut. This is my second time going and I honestly cannot complain. I do not trust many places with my hair after several bad experiences but Ciros has most definitely gained my trust. I look forward to doing a balayage in the near future. I’ve been going here for a 30+ years. This is a great, welcoming and fun group of professionals. They have done hair for my bridal parties (twice) as well as my daughter’s. Over the years I have tried other salons etc., but I always end up returning to Ciro’s. He almost always does my hair, although I have had occasion for Sal and Gia to do my hair as well. While I am there, I always watch other people’s hair get done and I can say they are all very talented. And a special shout out to Nina who is just as fabulous as her father!

I have been searching for a new salon and hairdresser that I can trust with my hair for quite some time...and I found it at Ciros :)I decided to give Ciros Salon a try, after reading many good reviews. (I must say that these reviews were all well deserved).I called on a Sunday morning and the girl who answered the phone was extremely nice. I was so happy that I was able to get in that same day, for a much needed hair cut and blow dry. I was lucky to be able to have Ciro himself as my hairdresser...Ciro listened to what I wanted, and perfectly executed the cut and hairstyle I wanted (He basically transformed my fine, lifeless hair into a voluminous hairstyle full of body!).. I asked if he would dust the ends, without cutting too much, and he did just that.I was impressed with the fact that he knew how to treat my hair type and he took very good care of my hair. Ciro even gave me great tips on home care for my hair, which have been helpful.Bottom line is you are definitely in good hands with Ciro. His prices are reasonable too. I am so happy I tried this place out.

Ive gone to my fair share of salons, but have stuck at this one for a few years now. I love my stylist Sandra. Shes very good at what she does and you can tell she is really knowledgeable about all things hair. I always leave a happy customer! I enjoyed my experience at Ciro’s completely. The salon is attractive and has numerous customer chairs and people to chat with. My hairdresser, Sal, did a great job of explaining some of the problem issues I had with my hair. He then proceeded to repair some of the damage, blow my hair out to perfection and cut my long locks evenly. I was more than pleasantly surprised and plan on using Ciro’s as my new hair salon and Sal as my hairdresser.

Great salon! They deliver exactly what you ask for so dont be shy to tell them what you in mind. One of my favorite things is that they take their appointments on time so be punctual! I have been going to Ciros for many many years and have ALWAYS been happy. Brought my 17 yr old daughter in today because she had been to another salon and they really messed up her hair. A day before her graduation Photos. Ciro fit her in to his busy schedule and fixed her hair, In plenty of time to make her photo shoot with a smile on her face!! It turned out beautiful. Have been coming to Ciros for years and only let Ciro cut my hair. I show him a picture and Im always amazed not only with how great it comes out but he cuts it so well the cut grows out good as well which saves me from frequent shape ups. The staff is pleasant and theres always a good open conversation going on. Ive have friends who pay twice what I do for a haircut and I just smile cause to me its just never the same quality as the cut I got, will always trust Ciro with my hair.

Great customer service, great talent and professionalism.

I purchased a Groupon for a wash, deep conditioning, cut and blow dry for $30. Took a risk since their Facebook page and website seemed dated but the reviews on here were great.The atmosphere was meh, it was a house turned into a hair salon. For the most part the staff was friendly except for the man who washed my hair, he wasnt personable in any way and really man handled my hair (Silently screaming through it the entire time lol) I would skip the deep conditioning treatment, you sit in a chair soaking wet for ten minutes and it really didnt improve much after my hair was blow dried.My hairdresser was very sweet and had been with this salon for three years, I gave her pictures to reference the cut I wanted, I love big bodied hair and Im always complimented on mine so I stressed the length of the layers and to use a lot of hair spray (That kinda went ignored, and she blew out my hair with a very small rounded brush so my hair was flat by the end). I let her cut my hair more than I wanted but for the most part she did a decent job layering it but it looks nothing like what I wanted.Will I go back here? Probably not, expensive or inexpensive a good haircut is hard to find.
