Beautiful apartments but there are several cons about the complex.1. No playground for kids on site. You have to drive to a park or if youre walking, you have to risk crossing busy River Road...with kids.2. No Pool for similar price of other luxury apartments.3. Gym is way too small and akwardly placed. Its shared with the location where packages are picked up so count on walking in to the middle of peoples workouts (i.e. grunting and sweat smell) and also if you workout, youll be interrupted by people picking up packages and saying hello/making eye contact while trying to get a decent workout in.4. No real lobby or resident center.5. Outdoor gate to the Riverwalk area is always closed/gated so if you are trying to take a walk with a stroller, forget it, its like it is not even there since you cant access it.6. No reserved parking spots included in rental price7. LED lighting directly outside our bedroom window has no shield so it shines directly into or bedroom at night regardless of blackout shades. Weve have been trying to get them to either install thicker blinds (like the ones in newer apartments/gym) or replace the shield for over a year now with no solution from management.Just disappointed for the price.

I have lived in these apartments for over 6 months with few problems but after my experience today I would not recommend renting here. The complex has undergone multiple management changes in my short time living here and unfortunately these changes seem to have been for the worse. This morning I was met with a large industrial size difficult to remove notice on my windshield due to my parking sticker not being adequately displayed. My tag had actually been displayed but had slipped out of view. I understand that parking is unfortunately a problem at this complex and this may be way for them to stem perpetrators. However, as someone who goes to work very early in the morning I was extremely annoyed that they did not take the time to contact me or even CHECK the license plate registered to the space. Very unprofessional and unfitting for a “luxury” apartment complex.

Highly Recommended I have sold and rented many units at Riverwalk, great for NYC commuters as well.

Great place to live and convinced to major highways. However, not kid friendly that was the only deal breaker.

Very safe and beautiful apartment very close to all major highways

Unfortunatly we have to move south so we gotta move from our beatiful apartment. It is very convinient location,right next to route 46 , interstate 80 and local highway 21.Quiet and nice neighbourhood, it is very safe. Couple small things are missing but I am sure, they will complete very soon (play ground, speed bumbers etc).Aaron, who deal with tennants , is a very nice person.He will let you know every small detail about building. You can expect email 24 hours a day from him. Weather condition, parking situation, cleaning etc. As I said, you will be aware every single detail.Hector is always around, he seems to always be available if you need help. Every time I have seen him, he has a big smiley face. He must be Super Mario :)Peter is hard working guy any weather condition or anytime of day , he works he works and he works.This guy is super motivated and focused for his work.Highly recomended, very nice place with nice team workers.

No pool and no playground for the children ,no Minimarket

There is no security cameras looking at the parking lots. My cars cat converter was stolen. I spent $1000 to get a replacement. Police cant do anything about it because there was no sign of the thief.
