This place is awesome! Professional environment surrounded by positive energy and goal-setting mindsets that inspire to push harder each day! The CEO has a genuine relationship with each individual in the building, which makes him easy to talk to. Also a result of his open-door policy. The progression and growth is unreal. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a career.

This company is a SCAM!! It will be reported to the BBB. JOSH STONE aka JOSH CLARK is a dishonest boss. He owes multiple ex-employees thousands of dollar in which he refuses to pay. He lies about reasons about why he can not pay you what you are owed! He pushes a cult like mindset about how great the company is. You work 60+ hours 6 days every week. There is NO base salary, NO health care benefits, NO sick time, NO PTO and NO positives about the company or JOSH. You work for only commission in which you get 5% of what you sell. You work 10 hrs in a day with no sales means you make 0 dollars. Please BEWARE of this company and Josh. They accept all employee applications because they pay you pennies. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

No parking. Your car will get towed if you park at the supermarket. Went there for an interview, arrived on time. Left after 40 minutes of waiting. They barely acknowledge your presence. I didnt leave a 0 star review because I didnt try their services. But as a company, Id give a 0 for poor communication, lack of punctuality, terrible directions to the place and never picking up the phone while youre driving around.

IT IS A SPAM! These people put up fake job requirements, conduct misleading interviews and the real work is completely different! DO NOT FALL PREY, also they have no company names, people who work there have no experience whatsoever and are fooling the clients. This is why they do not have a structured website with any details listed, no social media presence rather than this page and no employees are listed over LinkedIn, because apparently each individual works for a nameless company that they would not disclose.

The manager I interviewed was pretty thorough, the interview lasted 20 minutes and the receptionist was friendly. Watched TV while I waited few minutes for them to call my name. Not a 5 star because dress code is business professional only.

PDG Global Consulting is just one of the many Offices under the parent company called Credico. It specializes in face-to-face marketing (people you see standing in Walmart trying to sell you stuff) and is 100% commission based. Hours vary depending on location of your store because some stores are farther then others.ProsOpportunities for Growth : If you are great at sales, building relationships so that you can build your own crew)Networking: If you can manage to actually get a hold of Managers and/or High-rollers and learn the keys to success from them.Fun atmosphere : depending on the coworkers in your office. You get to have company crew nights where you go out to bars/restaurants or special events just for the High-rollers (top performers in office)ConsFavoritism: The company preaches no seniority but just like every other business in the world, theres favoritism. Theres secret romantic relationships going on and buddy-buddy relationships that do have an effect on whom the Manager chooses to reward. From what Ive seen, favoritism is often encouraged or ignored rather than addressed directly from other Managers.Pay: As entry-level or if you get promoted to C.T.(level right above entry-level), you only see an income of about 5% commission off of all of your sales. The business is setup to reward the Managers who get a higher commission based off of their whole crews sales. This is why the average employee of PDG makes less than $400 per week. Plus, if you work on the X-finity campaign, you only get paid after a customer gets installed. So if a customer changes their install date or cancels the order without telling you, you make no money off of the initial sale in the store... My advice to new hires would be to save up atleast $1500-$2,000 before taking this job. Youre gonna need it for daily gas/Uber, food, company crew nights, job supplies.Technical Difficulties: There will be times when you have to call Comcast directly to get their help with an order which can be a real pain. If you dont have patience, this job ISNT for you. Be prepared to deal with illogical jerks on the phone who have no incentive to help you since you dont work directly for Comcast.Overall, this job is mostly for young people without children and limited financial responsibilities (because the pay is so low as I explained above). If you can dodge some of the contradictions, gossip/rumors, manage to get customers installed so you get paid and build/train a great crew who can also get customers installed, then you can be successful in this business. If you arent ready to take the financial and mental risks that come with 100% commission in a competitive environment, then this isnt for you.

This is a scam. I spent 15 hours between two interviews. The people talked it up to be this high powered/very progressive position where you would learn marketing and event management from the ground up, which ended up being selling XFinity contracts in WalMart. Potential to make $600/week...all commission based. Great, except I spent 6 hours in a WalMart watching them work and they didnt close a single deal.I feel bad for the people who work there. They were promised high earning potential, but theres (according to the management, and this seems generous) a 16% chance of making it to the job that was advertised in the postings. Most likely, youll burn out within the first few months of working the sales floor.

This place isnt what they talk it up to be. When they offer you the position of sales associate, you stand at a mall/Walmart type place and promote a product that outsourced to them. In interviews they will talk about becoming a manager in about a year or so, that youll get the express version, because they see potential in you. Its all based on commission. If you do some digging into their history, youll find their is none. Unless they stemmed off a group from the UK or the actual consulting firm in New York which is a mile away from what they do here at this scam. Not sure why such an aspiring business is tucked away next to a daycare. They were gonna offer a management position to someone with only a year and a half of work experience. So in essence, those people that stand at a table at Walmart talking about free phones, or reduced interest rate on T.V.s, the people youll ignore or say, no thank you to, thats what you will be doing. They lie and deceive, stay away.
