Absolutely love this agency! Ive been working with Preferred for over a year now. Never had any issues. Families are great. They are flexible with your schedule. Very welcoming to new nurses, provided great training. They made sure you were comfortable working. Overall a great experience and it has been a pleasure working for them.

Nice company to work for. All of the families that I worked with were wonderful and the managing nurses were very helpful. Office staff works with you scheduling wise. An area for improvement in my opinion is the quality of the communication with staff nurses. Clarity for expectations especially in the beginning (i.e. paperwork) is appreciated, also would have liked a more detailed 3 month evaluation. Overall positive first nursing job.

Love working with the office staff, great pay, my ONLY caveat is there is no actual health insurance, the plan in place is very expensive, has a very high deductible and then only pays 50% , so I have no insurance.

Worked with them 2 1/2 years part-time now. Local Elmwood Park, NJ office fair & efficient with employees. Very responsive & kind.

The nursing supervisors checked up on me regularly. They showed they cared not just about me but my family as well. Great company to work for.

If I could rate it as a zero stars I would do it. The worth Home Health Care agency in the world.The manager is rude and unprofessional ,especially Jenn .Not worth it to try their service. Do not recommend it to anyone

I reached out to preferred pediatrics for my sons care, they came to do the assessment (very promising), sent nurses to orient and then disappeared without letting me know what happened, I called the office and case mgr several times and always said will call back and never did. Very disappointed by this agency and do not recommended.
