I strongly suggest getting a lawyer to fully go through everything and make sure you have all the proper info before filing anything. I was given directions for a filing and was told all I had to do was one thing when it turned out after i paid them my money there was about 3 or 4 steps I had to do after I filed which they never told me. please dont waste your time. GET A LAW OFFICE TO ASSIST YOU INSTEAD
