When I needed water softener service, I was told a rep would visit at some point on a certain day. As it turned out, I got a call, at the earliest time they had estimated, that he was right around the corner. He was very efficient, did a complete check of my system and laid out exactly what I would need. He was very helpful and reassuring about any concerns I had.

Great service, great people to work with. My mother is 79 and they made it so easy to set up her water dispencer and delivery service. They even carry the bottles to her back room in her home for her.

Really great about contacting us prior to delivery! We can change our order up to almost the last minute! We have horrible water so having Culligans services assist with our water has made such a difference. We get water delivered for our water system also and overall, we have been incredibly pleased! I called during the Covid19 pandemic to see if I could have a representative come and look at my water softener system that was old and not working properly and they called me immediately and came up the next day to look at it. I was surprised I didnt have to wait. I ordered a new system and it was installed in 3 days. When I found out that I didnt have to put salt in the system each month and lug up and down my basement those heavy 40 pound bags I was thrilled! Culligan does that for me and only has to replace salt every 6 months. That right there was the biggest seller to me.

My family loves the convenience of monthly water deliveries. I did a lot of research and it just made sense to rent the cooler from Culligan, with their free replacement option if anything goes wrong, rather than invest in one ourselves. They are a very friendly and responsive company; overall were very happy with this service.

After a waiting a couple of weeks to hear back from culligan, the General Manager went out way out of his way to make up for the lapse in time and did everything he could to make things right on our end. Great water with a terrible delivery service. Every delivery requires multiple calls, and sometimes they dont deliver or pickup bottles when they say they will. I hope their water treatment facility is ran better than shipping and customer service.

I have an under sink water reverse osmosis system and softener. They are both great products work extremely well. Recently had service call that was scheduled for replacement of filters and adding salt to softener. Even though I had not been informed of the date they would arrive, surprise. However, service man was able to finish in a timely fashion (fast) so that I could make the appointment that I had made prior to the service. So grateful for the speedy and reliable service they delivered. I would recommend Culligan to anyone who asks. Thank you

7/9: Stef, who came and tested our water, was very personable, honest, and helpful in deciding what system was best for our household. The technician who came and installed our water softener was great too and installed everything very nicely. After building our new home, we LOVE when people install things and do a nice and neat/orderly job! So thank you to both of them for making this transition great on us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️UPDATE!!!10/9: Unfortunately, after using the softener for a few months, we were still having some issues with our water. Our water test done by Culligan initially said we had no iron in our water, but we did (and still do). We had our well drillers come and test our water a couple months after our softener was installed and when the softener should have been working correctly. They tested the water and it came back with 10 for hardness when it was originally tested WITHOUT the softener at an 11. With that said, I contacted Culligan who sent a technician out. The technician was supposed to be here between 2-4. He showed up at 4:30. However, once he was here, he was only here for about 10 minutes, checked the water briefly and the softener and said we were good to go. He didn’t really have a reason as to why our water was not softening previously, but when he checked it was working the way it should. I mentioned to him we were having additional issues (smell, slime, manganese, iron, etc.). He said he would have a sales personnel contact me with additional systems we could benefit from. 4 weeks later and I have yet to hear from a sales personnel in regards to other systems that would help us combat our water issues.As much as we wanted to love Culligan Water, in fact, my family (grandparents and father) have used their company for years, we just can’t. We have decided to close our agreement with Culligan and switch to a more reliable company who stands behind what they say and have systems that work 100% where we won’t have to question whether or not our water is soft and pure.

The water is delicious!!! It is convenient, I just leave my empties on the porch and they get replaced on a schedule of my choosing! It is A LOT cheaper and better for the environment than bottled water.- And because its a water dispenser, the little kids will drink more water because they like to get their own water. I also like the hot water dispenser, great for tea and making baby bottles.

My experience with Culligan Water of Elmira has been excellent. They are always willing to answer questions and promptly try to solve any problems you might run into. Although expensive, which is why a 4 star instead of 5, I feel that their equipment and service is top notch, which is what you are paying for. If you are willing to spend the extra money, do not hesitate to use Culligan.

The service from Tom and Jim was phenomenal. Called about an issue with our current provider and Tom made sure our needs were taken care of immediately. He had a water cooler and water at our location within a few hours. Amazing service from a great local Culligan provider.

I want to let you know how much my family has been impressed with Shannon Storms. Shannon came to test the water at our elderly and disabled mothers house after we had been trying to find solutions to the hot water problems we had been having for a year. Shannon came when promised. He sat down with us to discuss our concerns. After testing the water and asking vital questions, he offered possible solutions to our ongoing problems. His suggestions were very mindful of what was appropriate for our situation. Shannon was professional and courteous the entire time. Shannon has fielded all of our questions, phone calls and texts that were to follow. He remained professional when the rep from the company who installed our hot water heater called him at 6 a.m. on a Monday morning. You have a gem in Shannon Storms. I hope you recognize this and send along our gratitude to him.

Deliveries take place after multiple reminders through email and phone messages. The product is excellent, as is the service. I also like the convenience of auto payment and the fact that I can contact the local office in Elmira and speak to someone who is familiar with my service.

I am happy with the service; although, I would like it if their delivery schedule would be more flexible. Where I live, they will only deliver once a month. I, called the office once when I ran out of water and wanted an unscheduled delivery and they would not. I, had to buy water at the local store to get me through until it was my scheduled delivery date.

Culligan provides good service for us for our water softener. They cheerfully came out to check our equipment and everything was fine.

Friendly and helpful delivery and service personnel. However I do not like the notification system for upcoming deliveries or service. The message does not identify as Culligan and you cant just hit reply. I would prefer a text message so it would be identified and I would have the reply number written out in stead of searching for a pen & paper and then missing the number.

Last summer we had a water softener installed in our new residence. We have recently moved to this home. In 1998 or so we had a water softener installed in our then new home. The improvements in the technology between these two installations is impressive. The salesman who worked with us to get the softener installed in our current location had to think outside the box to make this work for us. Good job.

So far, we have received decent service and products have worked reasonably well. This service has been much better than the other water service we had previously so we are happy with choosing Culligan.

Both gentlemen were very nice. They brought my water into the house and put it right where I wanted it to go. Bryan was very helpful and helped me attach my pump. He told me about their other services and told me to call if I needed anything.

I have a Culligan water softener which I rent from Culligan of Elmira NY. The service is great. If I have an issue I call the office and the staff gets the issue taken care of. My unit is serviced every three months and I have salt delivered monthly. I have purchased other brand name softeners that have not lasted, I now rent from Culligan and if there is an issue, I call the Culligan man

So pleased with the water softener and salt service. Has made my iron-heavy well water drinkable and much less harsh on my washer and dishwasher. No more staining in my showers and sinks. Price is reasonable, and well worth it.

Ordering was wonderful and so was customer service. Once I had the system in the house they forgot about me. I paid extra for them to service the system monthly and they never showed up once or called in six months. I contacted them to see what was going on and they argued with me and I had to fight for them to fill my tank. I canceled service. 👎🏻🤬

We love our Culligan water softener and Aqua-Clear drinking water system. However, this morning we waited around for over 2 hours for Culligans service person to come do the scheduled annual maintenance on our rental system, only to call and find out that he isnt going to make it today. So, now were rescheduled for 2 weeks from today.

Outstanding response, product is very good. Delivery folks are courteous, and spot check my equipment to ensure in good working order. Thank you.

We needed our annual filter replacement on drinking water tank and after telling the technician about the low quantity of water we are getting between filtration, the tech asked how old tank was. He then said to call a schedule an appointment for a new tank as ours was 11 years old and over time the tanks need replacing. I called and scheduled the appointment and the Technician arrived early and new tank was in all within 5 minutes!

I bought my own small water cooler outright and without the charge to rent a water cooler its only an extra 20-40 cents a gallon vs buying from the grocery store. I can get water without any funky taste or smells and I dont have to lug around gallons jugs from the store every few days. Whats not to love!?
