My experience in the store is ALWAYS good - very nice, helpful people and I even got a recipe!Having said that, my experience with trying to get someone to my home (so I could buy and have installed 2 new doors) has not been a good one. I drove 9 hours today so I could make my previously scheduled appt Sat morning and when I arrived- I find a note that the guy has to reschedule! P-od is putting it mildly.Nate, the manager at Ellsworth Home Depot, is trying to help and he couldnt have been nicer......................
