Would not recommend this company. I give 1 star because Josh Morren was decent to work with in the beginning but apparently he quit? Since then, the customer service has been terrible. John Dall said they would give us a refund but we’ve been chasing them around for 3 months and still no resolve.

Wallace Events is AMAZING. They stop at nothing to make everything perfect!! Couldnt imagine using anyone else.

Id give it zero stars if it was an option. Horrible service, horrible training, they dont listen at all to what the customer wants, immature spoiled young brats running things and taken credit, with no experience or life experience to deal with customers and issues that Wallace caused.Bluntly, silver spooned corporate puppets that dont care about the customer, only theyre bank account.

Wallace has a team that are true professionals! No they are not the cheapest- but is the BEST ever the lowest price?! You get what you pay for- and Wallace never skips a beat! Clear communication and excellent customer service. The quality of their items are amazing! Their selection is unmatched. Knowing we had Wallace allowed us to now worry about a thing!

Used Wallace for my wedding rentals and the process was easy up until the month before the wedding when I learned the representative I had previously working with had left the company via an automated email response. I hadn’t been notified of the change and when I expressed my uneasiness, another sales representative was assigned to my account and the the customer service was not satisfactory. The rentals arrived late on the delivery day and the chairs were delivered to the wrong locations. Overall, my experience was great the 9 months I was working with the first customer service representative but the month and days leading up to the wedding was extremely stressful.

I Loved working with Wallace Tent! We met them in their showroom over the winter and they were super helpful in planning not only the rentals part, but in finding other vendors and details too. We had a summer wedding and their Sail Tent was perfect! Very Maine-y and beautiful! My sister is going to use their stuff for her wedding next year too!

Wallace Tent just provided all the infrastructure for our second family wedding at our home on Branch Pond in Ellsworth. They were a true delight to work with---professional, pleasant, on task, on time, doing what they said they would do, and more!
