Great place to spend some time training. Everyone there is extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Good verity of training focusing mostly on bjj but with striking classes on the weekends. It’s always great to train with people from away who come by on vacation. Very clean facilitates as well.

Dropped in for a noon class while I was in town. Instructor and class were super welcoming and nice. The mats and facility were nice and clean. Highly recommend for anyone who is in the area.

If I had to use one word to describe Acadia BJJ......EXCELLENT! The instructors are top rate and every training partner I’ve rolled with has been cool. Just an all around welcoming atmosphere with focused training. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner.

This is an amazing place that has truly changed my life for the better. Kris and the other instructors are the best teachers you could ask for and the people you will meet here are some of the warmest and most welcoming you will ever come across. Like some of the others who left reviews, my only regret is not joining this gym a long time ago. If you feel called to practice Brazilian Jiu jitsu, you owe it to yourself to take your first class at Acadia BJJ; you won’t regret it.

Tried out some classes as a family to include kids class, adult and private self defense lesson. All the instructors were very helpful, welcoming and considerate. Kris, the owner has a great gym, nice facility - clean and bright. This seems like a great school to learn BJJ, all the students took their instruction seriously, but kept the atmosphere fun and light. Look forward to returning and trying more classes if in the area again.

Do yourself a favor and pack a gi when traveling to Acadia. Clean facilities, welcoming staff and tough training partners.
