Horrible experience. Had a scheduled appointment with Rachel yesterday, she cancelled a few hours prior to the appointment. Rescheduled for today, Mother’s Day. I paid for two sessions one for me and one for my mother. She said that she couldn’t do group readings but could do back to back readings. She asked if I was somewhere private at the time of the reading...after making sure to get payment before proceeding...which is fine but made it seem like I wasn’t going to pay. I told her I was somewhere private and she asked if I was recording...I told her no but that my mother in law was close by to take notes. She said that wasn’t allowed so my mother in law stepped out. She acted very unprofessional and kept repeating I asked if you were alone. I told her I didn’t know someone wasn’t allowed to take notes as other mediums I had seen never had an issue with it. She didn’t ask if I was alone she asked if I was somewhere private and quiet. She said that this only worked based on trust and that she declined to do my reading. I was completely floored by her attitude and unpleasant demeanor. I asked that she still do my mothers reading as my mother wasn’t even in the same town as I am and I knew she’d be alone and she refused to do that one as well, told me to go back and see Darlene Flood, and hung up! She made me feel like I had done something wrong and then punished me. She made a comment about recording saying it interfere but yet FaceTime doesn’t? Hands down the worse experience ever, especially knowing that people who come to her are looking forward to a caring positive experience. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. I’m waiting for my refund.

Absolutely completely disappointed with my experience with Rachel. She immediately accused me and my sister of being dishonest about having other people in the room after we specifically made sure we were alone and prepared for our FaceTime appointment. After planning a time around Rachel’s changing doctors appointments, she proceeded to tell us that we weren’t being flexible and weren’t respecting her practice. Obviously connecting with a loved one is something we would take seriously, we felt attacked and defeated.

Rachael is amazing. I saw her years ago and she saved me! So recommend

Oh god, this was the worst experience i’ve had with a human. told me i’m young, have a lot to learn, and asked how i would ever be able to help people if i couldn’t help myself. i left in tears.

Completely not professional after purchasing a gift card. Had the audacity city to plan my emotions, stating my Mother felt she could call me, then she proceeded to turn completely unprofessional. I would not recommend her to anyone.

An extraordinary adventure where I received guidance, support, advice at a time that I needed it the most. At a time where nobody else had answers. Rachel brought me hope, strength, belief that the best was to come. Precious moments spent with her and her wonderful energie. She pointed out ways to get throughout the worst. Incredible presence.
