Excellent service on a very nice atmosphere. I have been going there for over 10 years and I will keep going back. Heather is the best! Whole staff is very good. :)

Great service! My manicure is high quality and was completed in a timely manner. L. A. Nails has a clean, high tech appearance and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend their services.

Went back after I received a text with a discount. My nail tech was very unfriendly and those who have been there before know which one she us. We waited for 45 minutes which would have been nice to know it was that long when we checked in. They over charged me and gave me no itemized receipt so I have no idea what I paid for. I did leave a tip but after thinking about it, the tip might have been included and again when I tipped in cash might have been good to know if the tip was included. Wont be back.

La Nails & Spa used to be one of my favorite nail salons. Over the past few months I’ve experienced less than great experience. For instance, arriving at 6:45 to have eyebrows waxed and turned away because they were closing at 7....basically early. I’ve also had extremely long waits for mani or pedi. But today was the final straw. I walk in for a pedi with five others currently getting theirs done and was told that it was going to be a long wait. When I asked how long, because I don’t mind waiting, I was told a LONG wait. I took that as go find another nail salon. Once a fan favorite, but after today I will not return nor give any referrals.

I have been come to this salon for years and will never change my decision. Love this place !!! Sometimes they were short in staff but always give me a pleasure 👍🏻

I happen to enjoy this nail salon I live very close to it and they have amazing costumer service the people that I have gotten so far have been very gentle with my hands and nails I recently broke a nail and just went there to get it fixed it was affordable and the very sweet guy kept making sure I was in no pain in order for him to continue on. They are fast and I think they are very affordable. We have to remember they are people to and people have bad days so stop whining about how they have terrible costumer service and they dont do a good job because they do a fantastic job!

This salon is by far the cleanest salon I have ever been to, and I have been to hundreds of appointments at different salons across the country. Everything is meticulous most especially the instruments. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I have been a regular customer there for years and hope I never have to change. Thanks La Nails!

This place is wonderfully clean and inexpensive. I especially like Heather who is so friendly. Im glad I found it. Its always busy, so I call for an appointment.

Horrible customer service the man kept rolling his eyes when I would ask for a nail to be filled shorter or in a different shape. He also tried to tell me it would cost $65 for acrylics with 2 polishes fading into each other simply because he did not know how to do that. Wouldnt recommend and I wont be going back.

I am only giving this place 2 stars because the staff was pleasant. I feel they are overpriced for their services, and their product doesnt last. I had acrylic nails put on for the holiday, and one popped off and another broke under running water when I was washing my hands. Both in under two weeks. I will not be going back.

Disappointing customer service. Three trips in as many weeks because the color chipped. When I suggested they should correct it at no charge, I was told it was my nails fault!!! And I would have to pay again!!! Customer no more!
