I was in a hurry to purchase balloons for an office birthday, and being able to select items online for store pick up saved me a lot of time. The selection and checkout process was easy. I was promptly and warmly greeted by the stores Assistant Manager right as they opened this morning, and my order was ready and waiting for me.Thank you to the team at Party City in Ballwin for creating this awesome Kansas City Chiefs - themed balloon bouquet for me!

Good place to get those last minute party supplies. Also they will fill up balloons that you bring in, unlike other places.

Organized layout and product displays, well-stocked inventory for every party and event need you may have. Many dollar store party favors and various seasonal decorations to choose from. A good shopping choice not just for special occasions but also for every day bargain hunting.

Took me 20 minutes to place a balloon order. Had to tell the cashier how to ring up a balloon. Forgot half my order and had to remind them. Manager was ringing others out and didnt even help till I told him he forgot something. Manager decided to give me attitude when I was finally getting ready to leave. Im sure he was frustrated with it taking so long but help YOUR employee. I was a retail manager, it gets frustrating but thats when you coach your employee and instead this manager left him out there to drown.

Theyve kind of gone down hill over the years. They did get a new store, so that did make it better. They do have a variety of party supplies, I think they just look kind of cheap tho.

Always get what I need for huge employee appreciation events I put together 3 times a year. We employ over 400 people and feed all of them, each time. Party city is my go to for party supplies. Always.

Update: I used this store for helium recently because the Chesterfield location is closing and doesnt have helium anymore. Just an update, the attitude of the employees here has not improved!This is the party City I have always gone to because its the closest to my home but will probably never return. I had a negative experience with an employee over the phone. I asked for a quote on how much it would cost to blow up balloons I had purchased on Amazon since party City didnt carry the balloons I wanted. The employee was not friendly and refused to give me a quote over the phone, and insisted she had to see the balloons in person first even though I was able to give her the size of the balloons over the phone! She overtalked me and was rude. I called over to the Party City in Chesterfield valley and voila! I had a quote in about fifteen seconds and the employee was extremely kind! I went to that store and I noticed it is also more organized and had more stock than this location. I highly recommend skipping this one and heading to Chesterfield!

They sell the best party supplies. Would really recommend them for your next birthday party or just a party for party sakes!!! You cant go wrong when it comes to party city!

I will make the extra trip to a different location from now on.Service is non-existent. I walked past 3 people working who didnt acknowledge me at all, only when i went to the register did an employee actually care there was a customer.Then I got charged for items but they were not in my bag when I got home.Then when I tried to call them about it, their phone rang for 2+ minutes before going to a busy tone. Now all I can get is a busy tone. To say I am irritated probably doesnt adequately describe how I feel right now. Do i spend 30 minutes of my day driving back for the items or do I suck it up and take my time into consideration and decide its not worth it?Ashley I will not be filling out the survey on my receipt that you circled and wrote your name next to. Im sure youd rather I didnt.

Waited outside 10 minutes before store opened on a Saturday morning for 4 latex helium balloons. Was denied service and told i needed to wait an hour or more. They are either under staffed or lack time management for large orders. If pre orders were overwhelming perhaps they needed to get there earlier in the mornings on weekends to be able to help in store customers. I expressed my frustration to the manager as i was with my new born and 5 year old. Was still denied service. Very unhappy with the service

Parties are supposed to be happy events but the girl at the register was not happy or cheerful.

Mostly cheap junk and not great customer service when we were there. We didnt find much stuff we wanted but if you need Spider-Man erasers or napkins they have you covered. Their selection is terrible.
