The staff at Hearing Health Care took lots of time to explain the types of hearing devices and what would work best for my hearing loss. After explaining the options and answering all my questions I felt confident in making a decision. These devices are not cheap so I am glad I was able to make a sound choice. Hopefully the devices will come in quickly so I can put them to use.

Everyone was extremely nice. I could tell they are putting in a lot of effort to sanitize and keep the office safe and very clean. Dr. Anne Murray was very patient with my questions and took the time to walk me through the hearing test results and explain what it meant. Overall a great experience. Ill be back!

Needed the ear speaker assembly replaced, they had one in stock and repaired my device . Other providers insisted the device had to be sent to the factory at twice the cost and a 7-10 day delay. Excellent, honest service..

First of all, they were very clean and were following all the Covid protocol policies. I did not have to wait. My audiologist was very good and answered all my questions, and I had a lot of questions! I had problems reconnecting my hearing aids to the blue tooth on my phone and they took care of the problem quickly. I had a very good experience.

Love the service, even during Covid. My hearing aid began to buzz this morning and I called and the got me in the same day and came out to my car and took my hearing aids into their office and brought them back working perfectly and cleaned them for me. I recommend them highly, I’ve been coming here for about three years and have been super satisfied.

They were very friendly. Technical expertise was exceptional and the service was great.

The most thoughtful and professional service was given. (They helped me very kindly even though I got mixed up and it had to be an inconvenience for them.) They still worked on every aspect of my hearing aids. I’m extremely grateful for the gift of the much better hearing !

I have been going to hearing health care for about 16 years. Carol and the rest of her staff are amazing!! Always there to help and answer questions. If there’s a concern, or you something is wrong they work with you, and get you in ASAP to find out what they can do. Carol has truly been wonderful in my changing of hearing over the years and I wouldn’t go any where else!

Dr. Bergmann was awesome. She helped me decide on the perfect hearing aids and made 100% sure I was satisfied with them. She has such a warm and gentleness about her, it made an uncomfortable decision very easy. Lauren and the rest of the staff are as nice as can be and make every visit enjoyable.

Ive been a patient of Hearing Health Care in Ellisville for about 8 years. In that time Ive probably seen all the doctors, technicians and office staff. All of them have been knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Several months ago I suffered whats known as a sudden hearing loss in my left ear. Doctor Bergman has been especially helpful in dealing with this. I wholeheartedly recommend this group for your hearing needs.

I am a retired 20 year Military Pilot, followed by19 years as a commercial Pilot for TWA, then American Airlines. Jet engine noise eventually damage your hearing ability to hear higher pitched sounds, like from children and women (wife). The Hearing and Health Care center (Ballwin) did a fabulous job of evaluating my needs, coordinating with insurance carriers, and providing me with the best hearing aid possible. I have been happily married for 50 years, and if you are waiting to hear a joke about not hearing your wife.. I will not go there! Info only: my hearing aids can be turned off on my iPhone.

My husband has been a patient here for over 6 years given terrific service. Our plan is to keep our business here for a LONG time.
