For it’s excellent and excellence in every level from work out, the people the atmosphere. The vibe is just great and the results from are amazing. I do recommend it 100%. It’s that good.

The gym is great too. It’s got everything I need and stuff I don’t even know how to use yet. Showers are nice. Machines are always available.

I dont live in St. Louis but I travel here occasionally for family. This has been the perfect place to get my lifting done -- so much equipment and friendly company every time Ive come in.
