Very conveniently located in Manchester road to Ellisville corner. Staff were friendly. Self service printer kiosks are amazing. Easy once you k ow how to operate. What you print is what you pay thru card. Office supplies are in abundance.

Store wasn’t open on time. Missed my appointment because of this. Whatever associate that was inside the store said he could not let us in because he was the only one in the store and he was waiting for the manager to show up who was 10 minutes late getting to work. Unbelievable.Update after the reply below after OfficeMax “customer service” called me:You want me to provide the store number and do all your legwork, then send you an email about this whole ordeal when I just stated it up above in the review? What the hell is wrong with this company?Get to work.

I have shopped at this location a few times recently. Each visit has been very efficient and customer service has been excellent.

The level of service I received at this location makes it my go to spot for everything from now on. I may be able to get stuff cheaper at WalMart or Target, but when there’s a problem there’s nowhere to go for help. The expertise and customer support I got here saved me from having to buy a whole new laptop. That is beyond any cost for me, and I got my computer fixed for a few bucks.

Just had my Save The Dates printed here, the (I think assistant Manager maybe?) named Andrew helped me and was so helpful and informative. Was hesitant using a big chain for something like this but was glad I did!

Came in to buy a router. They apparently shelve empty boxes and the actual router has to be retrieved from the back. I guess the manager is the only person who can do this since it’s been 20 minutes of me standing at the checkout counter... with no router still. This whole debacle could not be more frustrating.

Totally incompetent staff at this location today. In addition to being clueless they were not very interested in helping to solve a payment problem in the copy center. I and another customer were told to “ call our 1-800 number” with your issue.We were incredulous and finally decided to work the reimbursement issue out between ourselves. It involved purchasing one of your giftcards (which staff could handle) and I really hated to have to give the company any more money. Train your staff & your managers on duty and explain customer service in the process.

I really hope this location sticks around. I was amazed at how great the customer service was. Everyone was helpful offering their assistance and I was in and out in no time. All the employees were in good moods and friendly unlike in so many other stores now days. Keep up the good work Office Depot Ellisville

Greater & welcomed as I entered store, way personally directed to what I was looking for. Took murchandise to check out. Again greated with a smile. Asked pertinent questions about business member, if we have I had any discounts, check to see if the items had any reductions.I felt he was really making me a priority as a customer. This is now my store. Thank you.

Ordered required item for work, not in store, with next day delivery. 3 days later, called and was seriously told “It will get there sooner or later” and “next day delivery is just an estimate”. 4 days later an envelope arrived with Office Depot invoice Only - the item wasn’t even in it.

I like buying my supplies here because the manager is always fair and has a positive attitude if there is a problem or a return. There is always something that I need on sale. Helpful, courteous, but not pushy salespeople.

Top notch employees and products. The general manager is a complete jerk. He treats his employees like dogs. Yells and reprimands them on the sales floor in front of other associates and customers.

This Office Depot has helpful staff, is rarely busy, and is well laid out. Its a great place to pickup supplies, or simple technical equipment.
