Mike over at fresh designs went above and beyond my expectations. After searching for quite a while for a shop to do an audio install in my challenger I came across fresh designs. The work is excellent and price was more then fair. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know. Do not expect a $100 best buy job you get what you pay for. Mike and the guys even worked late to get my car back by the date promised.

The best experience I have had with a shop in a very long time. I worked with James and the team to help install my smoked turn signal housing with Daytime Running Lights and I am so happy for the amazingly clean install they did. The lights look amazing, and such a wonderful finishing piece to my exterior build. Even better how I can talk to the team about cars for hours - dont hesitate to use their services!

Excellent work, they have tinted windows on 3 of my cars. They do excellent work. They installed a new Kenwood head unit on my 2017 Highlander to replace terrible Toyota unit. Excellent work and follow up on questions and issues.

Well, let me be realistic with this place... I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could. I had my cars sound system worked on years ago by them, the car sounded amazing all the way from day 1 until the day I trade it in. I had moved out of town when I got a new car, and to tell you I drove 10 hrs just to have em work on my new car is to say something.Very knowledgeable staff, personal, professional and clean. If you are picky like me and want your car worked on by legit professionals, I would recommend this place to anyone.I cant say enough good things about them but I am extremely happy with my new sound and if you are thinking of giving them a shot, feel confident that it will be worth it for sure

Very poor customer service. Asked for a estimate and to coming to my business location , The answer i have was to go to them so they can give me a sample. Not willing to come over and earn my business. I took my business to someone else.

I came here to get a backup camera installed on my 2010 Accord, and I felt the need to write a review just based on the managers actions alone! We were having some issues with my debit card for payment and he was very nice about it, definitely one of the most caring business owners that Ive ever met- when I returned with cash, he asked me if everything was okay with my bank. He truly cares about the customer. Furthermore, the quality of the work is excellent! There are no exposed or visible wires anywhere, you would never know that this camera didnt come stock! Great work, guys. Im thinking about getting my windows tinted, and if I do decide to, I will definitely come back here... with cash first this time!

If you ever need your car tinted, or anything else related electronically that you wish you could have for your vehicle. I dropped my car off on Friday morning around 10:30am, got a call around 2:30pm saying everything was done. I have a 2016 3.6R Subaru Legacy, and the tint job done was superb, along with a top of the line remote start kit. They are top of the line with anything you can think of for stereo/sound & tinting. I HIGHLY recommend using them. Pricing is by far the best in the area too. Love how the car looks!

Stopped in to ask about remote start for one of my cars. Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They happily answered all of my tedious questions and found time to install the remote starter while I was there at the shop! Will certainly be back for any other tech/audio needs.

They were able to accommodate me on short notice for window tinting. All of the staff members I spoke with were very friendly and professional. The work was finished quickly and done well. Ill definitely come back in the future and would highly recommend.

Ive been going to Doug since his shop was in College Park. Have always left with an amazing tint job, but they do more than just tint here. Their audio builds are top notch. The best place to go for getting your ride customized the way you like it. They take their time with you to go over all the options first. They know alot about the latest audio products also. All the tint is done In house by the owner. Ive seen lots of high end cars in the parking lot from Mercedes to Ferrari. I have taken a few cars here for custom audio packages and tint. Lifetime tint warentee. If your thinking about getting any work on your sound or tint dont go to some cheap place like wss and get ripped off.

I took my sons Scion here to have a remote start installed as a Christmas present and Mike did a fantastic job.He had systems already in stock to recommend and did the install in an afternoon. My son loves his setup. Based on the quality of the work done for the price, I would highly recommend this business for any auto customizing work. I will be bringing two other cars in for audio and security work.

As a Corvette owner Im really particular about who works on my car. I wanted to upgrade my radio head unit and after some research decided to give Doug at Fresh Designs my business. I was not disappointed. I told Doug exactly what I was looking for and he made it happen. Very clean install and good orientation by Doug on how the unit worked made me a very happy customer.

The best tint job around. Ive been getting my cars and having friends get their cars tinted here since we could drive. I wouldnt go anywhere else for tint. They also do excellent sound system and radar installs.

I like and trust the guys here a lot. They do good work and are competitively priced. Had them tint windows on 4 vehicles, wire radar detectors in 3 of them and do audio work with a custom built subwoofer enclosure for another one. Great detail and everything done right.

Doug is probably the most down to Earth and cool person Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. Fresh Designs did an exceptional job with my car. I brought in my 2013 BMW X1 to have the speakers switched out and replaced with Focals direct fit IFBMW-S speaker set. Because this was a direct fit, no customization was required. I handed over the keys to my car, and after a short wait of about 25 minutes, I found myself driving away. It took their crew a total of about 20 minutes to install speakers and tweeters in both door panels and the A-pillars on both sides, where it would have taken me at least 1.5 hours. Very reasonable price for error-free work. Im OCD with keeping my vehicles in pristine condition, and as I watched through the door at the guys working on my vehicle, they performed the work with care and without rushing. Excellent work. I highly recommend Fresh Designs Inc..

Previous to Baltimore i lived over 10 years in Florida and Ive seen many great and not great tint jobs in all kinds of vehicles, including several on my own.Doug is nothing short of a master of his craft. I cannot say good enough things about him and his crew.Brought 2 cars, a new Acura TL and a TSX to have all windows tinted, first thing on a Sat morning.Not only he did an excellent job, we has prompt, courteous, and charged a very reasonable price.When I drove to my friends house to hangout he looked at my window tint work and also decided to have his car windows tinted right on same day.So at the end of the day Doug had made 3 very happy customers w a excellent tint jobs.
